Sally Aon 05/06/2017 22:55I came to the Julietta House in the winter of 2017. I just returned from a 2 year stay in California and needed a place to rest and this was the perfect space. It is super clean, quaint, quiet and in a fabulous location. (Gloucester has a lively nightlife and there are many restaurants to dine out in.) Susan, the owner, offers short term stays for guests traveling, and longer term rentals for people in transition. She is highly sensitive to people's needs, and does her best to make you feel safe, and at home. I lived in the Juliette House for several months, and I can honestly say this house is immaculate, and it offers peace and quiet, not to mention a space to renew, refresh, and relax. I would not hesitate to recommend the Julietta House for your stay here in this wonderful New England city.
Cute place in a great location
Nicole Con 25/10/2016 19:29My husband and I arrived early on the first day. Susan was more than willing to allow us to come in HOURS before we were supposed to be there. The place is adorable and very well kept! The location is great! Everything you could need or want is in walking distance! Susan gave us some recommendations of places to go and eat and was so friendly!! We didn't even realize that other people were staying in the house with us:) Absolutely love this place and will be back for sure!

Location, location, location...hence the overpriced room.
When I booked I knew there wasn't any breakfast but the listing really shouldn't be in the B&B category.
There was a coffee machine which made disgustingly weak coffee and the opportunity to have some cereal.
The room which typically authentic with a nice view and balcony but I was less than impressed that the amenities weren't replenished, beds not made up nor the towels changed. Not enough plug sockets nor a TV, although I was too busy to watch anything. There is a TV lounge downstairs.
For $250 for two nights was too steep and I really can't recommend this place despite its overall pleasing New England charm.
Good stay at Julietta house
Jacques Don 25/09/2016 00:40We had a good stay there. Good directions to access and enter the house and the room. A clean and quiet room. A 5 minutes walk to the waterfront and a good breakfast although as french guests, we were expecting some bread ;-)
Lovely room accommodation in the heart of Gloucester, MA!
skcTCon 07/09/2016 17:19This place is very nice to stay at while visiting Gloucester, MA. Rooms are very spacious and clean. It's not really a B&B but you have access to use the kitchen. Coffee, tea available. Great living, dining and porch to hang out in. close to downtown Gloucester, walking distance to the ocean. My daughter stayed here for three months while doing her summer internship at Cape Ann Whale Watching Tours.
