Great hotel, great stay
Nasser Hon 23/08/2017 10:09One of best hotel I have stayed in , great and friendly staff and reception, the breakfast was also good, the concierge were also very good and helpful, the location of the hotel is very good and everything is near the hotel.
One night I ordered french fries and they were late for 1 hour, then they call me to say sorry and bring 2 french fries for me and already paied by hotel.
Great service in Frankfurt
EmilyG1515on 21/08/2017 19:43I have stayed here multiple times on business trips to Frankfurt. The service is always outstanding. The gym is fantastic -- it is huge and what you would expect from a standard gym, not one at a hotel. The location is great and close to the river.

Friendly and accommodating staff especially Max, he was very helpful and would even go an extra mile to help out.Location superb. Excellent choices of food for the breakfast buffet. Room very clean and spacious. Treated really well. Deserve more than 5 stars!
FANTASTIC STAY - room with a view
chartreux123456on 05/08/2017 18:25We only stayed for 1 night to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. We did get a fantastic reception upon arrival and they offered us a room upgrade: when we arrived in the room, chocolade and champagne were waiting for us!!
In the evening we eat out at their Lebanese restaurant... again a very pleasant experience. Also breakfast was amazing. The only minor disappointment was the Spa area. There is no swimming pool...!
Amazing stay at a great property with great service
SG_Long_Luncheron 01/08/2017 03:00Myself and my 11year old son stayed in this hotel at the end of our road-trip through Europe as a treat, and what a treat it was.
We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room as a special end to our triup and it was everything it promised. You have a well appointed 'living area' with a large TV and a complimentary mini-bar, this opens on to the bedroom with a huge, very comfortable bed and an open bath (this can be closed off for privacy), there is also a rain shower and toilet and a double sink.
The room had all of the lovely little touches from great amenities to nice robes.
The service at the hotel was amazing from check-in through to everything we wanted. The breakfast is highly recomended and the room service we had was also top quality.
The location is brilliant if you want to check out the old town or go shopping.
