ceped2017on 10/06/2017 21:03A pleasant stay in this hotel. At any time and every where you are you meet friendly, smiling stuff. I had some trouble with the payment of the room NOT ! caused by the hotel. In stead of telling me to figure this out by myself the manager on duty Marika offered to help. She made calls on my behalf etc and fixed this problem while I enjoyed my stay. This is great service. If I had a hotel, I would hyre her right away. Thanks for a great time at your hotel.
Birthday weekend not enhanced by this experience
grahams156on 10/06/2017 20:30Choose wisely as this was not what I was expecting for the amount amount of £279+breakfast for an overnight stay. Glad we had a meal at the Grand Hotel, GB1 resteraunt which was excellent value for money. The additional charge of £70, which now has been refunded , was ironic as this was a celebration of my 70 th birthday.
Great stay
Gunnar Son 09/06/2017 10:01Arrived late in the evening and had a warm welcome from friendly Caroline. We were given a upgrade to a seaview room. The room was spacious, clean and modern as the rest of the hotel. Nice breakfast and good service from the staff, and excellent seating with a nice view of sea and beach. Thanks a lot! Will definitely stay again next time in Brighton.

Chinkara69on 08/06/2017 20:25This hotel has 1 of the best location, right next to Brighton Station, opposite Bellerbys College. Perfect if your children are studying there. Walking distance to Sainsbury at Ann Street, Train Station, Queens Road is a plus, you can just hop on a train & travel to London Queen Victoria Station, only take you 55 mins.
excellent stay
barbaraanntayloron 08/06/2017 12:41We were in Brighton for my Husbands 70th Birthday. we hadn't visited for years so were not sure about the Hotel . In spite of refurbishment going on in the reception area we received a pleasant welcome & apologies for the inconvenience. Our room on the 4th floor had just been refurbed & was very comfortable & welcoming. we were very happy with it. All staff,reception ,houskeeping & restaurant were very friendly & helpful. Reception even acknowledged my Husbands Birthday & gave him a Birthday card . We had a lovely stay
