Great location, average hotel
codemonkey75on 30/08/2017 17:30Located right off of the middle of the Royal Mile, it is in the middle of everything. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but has very little in terms of charm or amenities. It is essentially a very well located Travel Lodge. You will hear foot traffic and people outside. You are near the train station, so it is easy to get to, but also easy to hear. You will hear your neighbors. If you are looking for a thrifty option as a great location, this is a good deal. If you are looking for a special hotel to recoup after a long day, there are quite options.
Basic but does the job
AnneMarie775on 30/08/2017 10:33Booked for The Fringe festival. Great location and price. Basic room but did the job. Needs air con! Breakfast was plentiful. Coffee was terrible - buy the Costa. Helpful staff. Replenished tea/coffee/biscuits etc everyday
A good central place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were a high quality.
Nice stay during Edinburgh Military Tattoo

Only one little setback, it was bit noisy in the morning if you have a room window to the back of the hotel. When we go back this will be the hotel to book again.

fer_soneiraon 28/08/2017 15:26hi! my name is fernando i was staying in jurys inn edinburgh for a 2 days in the room 320. the hotel is in the best location of the city near to the train station and the staff was very nice siobhan the irish girl from reception explain me all the things about the hotel and the festival of edinburgh, she looking for me a place to play glof and print my plane tickets. Marcello from the bar was very nice with me and explain me the menu and the food.
thanks jurys was very nice days in the hotel, amazing view of the city from there :)
