This property is gorgeous. The staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The pools are very nice, the beach postcard worthy... October is off peak which made the experience even better. We stayed 5 nights and everyone made our honeymoon special. I am writing this review on our last night. Bittersweet. We do not want to leave and will come back!!

Our stay was sooooo beautiful in this hotel! The room, territory, staff, food were fantastic! I was really impressed! The beach wasn't the best but it is Panama, I didn't expect magic :) I truly can recommend this hotel! Friendly, helpful and attentive staff made our stay exguisite!

This huge, growing, private resort has a golf course, several pools, access to the Pacific Ocean, large homes, mansions, and condos. The grounds are well kept. The primary common area (the Lighthouse) has multiple smaller pools each with seating areas. We stayed in a two bedroom large condo w AC and balcony with outdoor table and chairs. It had s very modern kitchen. Our condo's common pool area was a few minutes walk but large - both the lounging area (which also had to one side an enclosed large room with AC). The large pool had a bar area and overlooked one of the lakes that dot the landscape.
The hotel has been renovated. It has a modern look incorporating some native Panamanian elements. In front is a charming little church next to an ancient huge, huge tree. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool and lounging area in the back w bars both outdoors and enclosed w AC. Again well landscaped and if lucky you'll see a profusion of hibiscus or bougainvillea.

The hotel was gorgeous, decorated beautifully for Christmas, the accommodations were perfect, as was the food. I love Marriotts because I can be sure of the beds and bedding, cleanliness, places to eat with good food, and very nice ambience. It also was located in a wonderful place for tourists! My nephew and niece who live in the panama area are missionaries in Panama. Right after visiting the Panama Canal, our experience at this hotel was the next most wonderful.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful rooms, probably some of the best in Panama. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Valet included. Great A/C and Wifi. Walking to beach. No extra charge for pool cabanas. Bungalows/Villas available.
