Dirty and bad smell

The rom was not the same as we order. It was dirty blancets and dirty and dusty in general in the room. The worst was the bad smell. It smelled old sigarett and when the stay was over (4 nights) all our clothes in the suitcase smelled like this. Even tho I closed the suitcases all the time.
The people who worked there was not friendly at all.
Nobody switched towels or gave us toilett paper. We had to fix this by ourself. Not recommended.

Nothing special, would not recommend

Stayed for 2 nights with my family. It was very basic, small room with tv, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower all in one small space. Sink was leaking water on the floor. There was no fire escape exit, but some rope kit provided to escape through window. However window was very small and located high by the ceiling, i cannot imagine how it is possible to get outside through it. Location was not very good, somewhere in between industry buildings or factories, metro stop was about block or 2 away.

Bad Room Service and unfriendly staff

We book 2 rooms from 4/5/17 to 9/5/17. Below are our experience in this mourn nightmare hotel:
1) Unfriendly staff welcome us everyday
2) Room not same as per internet view
3) 1 of room water leakage at bed and when ask for changing to new room, we are asking to stay in double decked bed. Asking 75 years old man to climb up and down everyday where we are booking cozy 2 single bed room???? After negotiate, we finally get to change to family room with extra payment of 80000 won. Another nightmare is waiting for us where the staff forgot to leave room key to us when we return to hotel at 11:30pm 😭😭😭😭😭
4 of us have to sleep in 1 tiny room without extra tower and pillow 😱😱😱😱😱
4) Dirty bed sheet with blood notice
5) simple breakfast - white bread, tea, coffee, cereal with milk.

In summary, Not recommended to stay in this hotel if you travel with family or wish to shopping as you have to spend more money on subway as well as breakfast.

Great location

The place is located near 3 train stations with the furthest being about 10mins walk away, giving you access to 5 train lines. Myeongdong is about a 15mins walk away, Dongdaemun is only 2 train stops away. For us who are out most of the day, this is a very convenient location with access to the main attractions of Seoul.

The rooms were smaller than expected though, barely enough for our huge luggage. But the beds were clean and the bathroom was of an acceptable size. This much was enough for us. Room cleaning is optional as long as you inform the receptionist by 11am.

The reception and common area is at the 8th floor with a simple breakfast provided at 8am-10am. Cereal, bread, orange juice, sachets of coffee and tea bags. Sufficient enough to start our day. A water station for cold and hot water, a computer to use the internet, a washing machine and a balcony to hang your clothes are also available to all guests. Receptionists are able to speak good English for ease of communication.

Stayed for 11 nights. Would recommend to budget travelers.

Near stores. You get what you pay for

If you are looking for a place to stay near stores and subway station and you are not too picky this is the place for you.

For the restroom, the towel is not enough to cover you up but just to dry yourself, water doesn't drain fast. It was hard for us to find the hotel at first since the name was not noticeable.

But overall, this is a good place to sleep like for me and my friends since we didn't stay much in the hotel but went out everyday.
