Strictly OK- Stayed in June 2015
Merlin Mon 28/07/2017 08:39Being an avid traveler and having stayed in various types of hotels across the India & the world from luxury to basic no fills hotels this one just does not justify the cost and has been one of my biggest disappointments till date. The rooms are spacious and decent but the bathrooms are pathetic. We were a group of 12 friends with family & had booked four rooms. Booked this hotel based on the recommendation by my friend who had used this a few years ago who was also travelling with us. He was shocked how the hotel was not maintained anymore. I guess they just cash in on the fact that they are one of the few large properties close to the bird sanctuary. Meals were strictly ok and we opted for the all meals package since we were a large group.

Ravikumar Son 22/05/2017 05:11This place has all facilities and a very convenient place for performing big parties marriages and such other functions. Not very far off from panvel a lovely place on the highway. Food is good One can select from a variety of choices.

But rooms are not mantained well
Restaurant was dirty.resort need to maintain...

The overall place is not maintained at all ,They have everything to ruin your weekend

If you are visiting Karnala fort and bird santuary then this resort is nearby and its main proposition is location. Food was decent, one can opt for the buffet package. The hotel has an old style decor to it but could do with a bit of maintenance. One pointer: if you try to call the reception, most probably you'll get a ring with no one answering, but book thru an agent/online
