jamesrI6429VRon 14/07/2017 05:13Older motel that could use a little TLC. I have stayed here before with no problems. This time I had a minor issue with the room we were assigned, after talking to the staff at the front desk, the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you Jessica and Dustin for your prompt attention and for the way this was resolved, it made our stay a relaxing and positive experience. The staff at the motel were all courteous and friendly. The restaurant on site was very good and with a 50% off voucher for guests it's the best deal in town! Thanks Kachina Lodge.

Elizabeth Son 13/07/2017 03:53I should have learned my lesson the first time. Smokey property which is against the law in NM. Asked for 1st floor, given 2nd floor. Door keys didn't work so gave me a different room. Other guests came to desk indicating their room had nit been cleaned. Given towels at the desk.

DonJuan234567on 03/07/2017 14:12I'm stunned that anyone would give this dump more than two stars. Gawd, what an awful place. Well, unless you like looking at an overflowing trash dumpster from your balcony, decades-old towels not much bigger than a wash cloth, listening to the help bicker about the other help, staff that looks like they haven't showered or changed clothes in days, "free" Internet that's so slow, they might as well not even have it, a dirty "café" that doesn't have items on the menu and incompetent staff, etc. (Please see the attached phoo of the "gelato" on display in the café. It's the perfect summary of everything about this place. I could go on, but no need. Please, go somewhere else, although after spending a few days in Taos, I'm not sure if there are any better places. The entire town passed its prime decades ago.

Janie Hon 23/06/2017 23:56The Motel is an older motel. All of tha County employees that attended a summer conference stayed there. They were very accomdating for our group. Some of the rooms had both microwave and refrigator. There were no coffee pots in the room. They allowed one of our members to change rooms because their air conditioner didn't work. You can walk to the downtown square within 15.

Mac Mon 19/06/2017 02:15Very disappointing motel. Appeared to have been built in the 50s or 60s with just a few renovation upgrades since then. Window AC was not in bedroom, but in lavatory area instead, so the room could be warm. Had old ceiling fan over bed. Definitely wasn't worth the price.
