First class service at a luxury resort
Edwin Con 26/05/2017 07:27Location: Excellent. Situated on a slight hilltop yet minutes walk away from the beach/shops. Personally feel it's more advantageously located than other hotels as provided stunning view yet still accessible to everything incl beach, shops.
Room: Luxurious resort feel. Great for couples or families.
Facilities: Everything you need is there. However gym could have been slightly more equipped as it was very small.
Staff: Fantastic with first class service.
All in all would come back to stay again in a heartbeat.
Spacious, wonderful in house dining, best beef nearby
Eddy Lon 25/05/2017 02:48Stayed at a spacious 700sqf Japanese style deluxe. Pasta at Orange restaurant was superb although our intention was to try their traditional Japanese meal. Quiet, mid way through to up island landmarks and aquarium. Infamous Ryukyu grill house just minutes away had wonderful prime tenderloin! Perfect for those who wants to get away from city jungle. Will go back again.
Beach house does not open before April 1
Bridget Gon 30/03/2017 08:30Very disappointed that the beach house and amenities were not open for our beach vacation. While the room and, particularly, the bathroom, were quite nice, lack of beach chairs and facilities severely compromised our vacation. Also, the doors for the bedrooms are louvered, which make for a significant lack of privacy. The hotel pools also do not open until April 1st. As our visit was the last week of March, it made for a poor swim/beach vacation.
Price and quality do not match.
kittywong2015on 20/03/2017 18:58The room is comfortable and offer 4 beds in the room, equipped with kitchen, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and other equipment, suitable for family travel.
All rooms have a sea-facing terrace, but the hotel is located in the highland, so compared with other nearby hotel, this hotel is more far from the beach.This make us a bit disappointed.
We stay in the Annex Building, feel more quiet and new, but the nearby parking spaces are less than other two buildings, we need to park the car in a distant location.
The hotel offers Western and Japanese buffet breakfast.
The Western-style restaurants provide less food and seating, it is difficult to imagine the situation during the peak season.
The Japanese restaurant offers a wide range of food items and the restaurant is located on the 12th floor of the Annex Building, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views.
In fact, It is not necessarily the first choice for the next visit to Okinawa.

193xtinelon 25/01/2017 11:52loved this hotel! stayed at the annex building for 3 nights. huge clean room with kitchen and a great view. the japanese breakfast on 12/F of the annex building was great too. local okinawan cuisine and shabushabu with a magnificent view. the pillow was so good we almost wanted to purchase the pillow too!
