Great value for money

Very nice hotel and surprised by the enormous all-inclusive buffet food, where the choice of dishes was enormous and the vegetables served were fantastic. There was a great number of spices to add if you like more spicy food, in addition plenty of sauces and wounderful fruits. We did not eat out more than for lunch at one time, when we went for a day trip to see the great nature around Alanya. The food was simply to good to miss out. The staff is very service minded, friendly and were joking and smiling all the time. The wine was however undrinkable ;) but they served excellent beer, vodka, some liquors and Raki. Location is also perfect, just cross the road and you arrive in a wounderful little fountain park and then you enter the beautiful beach, in addition in the city center with shopping, restaurants and the impressive Kale castle. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for a great week!

ok hotel ... with terrible all inclusive option 2/10

pros - hotel has quite good hotel rooms (very good 3 star standard hotel room - although everything in the minibar including water, is chargeable on all inclusive!)
well located for the castle and damlatash cave.

cons - ripoff for what is offerred on all inclusive (minibar chargeable and one of the bars only serves cash paying guests not on all inclusive)
food is poor, bland and very repetitive (aswell as food often being recooked for the nest meal)
even in shoulder season very difficult to get a sunbed around the only swimming pool.
most drinks and all cocktails chargeable (wine tasted like dishwater)
sauna etc all chargeable, safe chargeable etc etc - get the idea yet?
no snacks offerred, no ice cream - overall what you expect from a cheap 2 star hotel.
not a very enjoyable place, more a greedy cash generating machine...

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ONE OF THE WORST VALUE ALL INCLUSIVE OPTIONS IN THE ALANYA/ ANTALYA REGION (NOT WORTH MORE THAN 15 EURO PER HEAD IN SEASON, BASED OFF COMPARATIVE HOTELS- TRUE 4 STAR HOTELS INCLUDE CLUB TURTAS HOTEL, TITAN HOTEL, ETC ETC)

another great holiday

travelled as a family,husband and two daughters 19,10.Good location, It's
just 50m away from the beach Our room was well maintained and cleaned daily, room was very well equiped room with TV and fridge. The pool was nice especially the slides.

Dear Kahya Otel Management.
I have meet with one of your restaurant staff ( Ali Büyür ) simply asked him for water, he was very fast and efficient. That's basically WOW factor at guest point of view. He has very good sence of humour, as many of don't. You shall do something in a temper one day, which will raise up his life for his future. Definitely should get promoted.

I was here In this hotel on vacation. I have been here before 2012. Nothing have happen to the hotel in this period of time.
But it's nice hotel central placed in Alanya. In short distance to the beach. And harbor
The waiters are kind and smiling.
It's this kind of hotel. You like to visit but can't explain why
