Bad hotel, great location

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, and I'm really glad it was just for two nights. Upon arriving, I had to wait around 30 minutes to check in. I have no idea what took so long, but it was like it was the first time they dealt with a foreigner. The staff were, however, quite nice.

After entering the room, I was already disappointed. The smell coming from the restroom was truly disturbing. I was even more shocked after seeing some hair here and there... It's like the room wasn't cleaned before I arrived.

10 to 15 minutes later, someone knocked at my door, didn't even try to say anything, slightly jostled me and went on to change a couple of light bulbs before leaving like nothing had happened.

The floor and walls were both quite dirty and in bad state.

Overall, this was an unpleasant stay. However, the location was excellent which is why I'm giving a second "point" to this hotel instead of one.

Reach cannot find our booking have to call back singapore. Did not change bedsheet, toliet door lock spoil n smelly. 4 persons room only give 2 towels. Aircon not cold. Hotel maintenance was bad. Although the location was good.

Budget room but not budget price

This hotel is also known as Z Hotels.It is only 150m walk to the main Wangfujing Street and 100m walk to the nearest LRT station. Easy access to Silk Market for good bargain souvenirs, clothing, electronics and etc. There are also a few small restaurants that serve good food just outside the hotel and reasonable priced. There is also a minimarket. That is the + point for this hotel. The - point is, the room is small and a bit run down and no breakfast served. However, the heater works well during our visit. We stayed from 17-21/11/2015. Overall, I recommend this hotel because of the good location.

Average - Not a Business Hotel

I booked this hotel over internet and it definitely does not qualify as a business hotel.
The front desk staff does not speak English and I had problem communicating anything with them.
The property is run down and my room was smelling of the cigarette and Carpet was dirty too.
Buffet breakfast is very average and this looked more like a vacation hotel for local Chinese travelers and not for international travelers.
Best part of this Hotel was that it was located close to subway and the main tourist attractions and Wangfujing Avenue. This is also located in a Hutong so you can get a glimpse of the old Beijing Life.

Disappointing room for the price...but good location~!

"If i had paid half the price I did maybe this hotel would have been a good value. At the price I paid (which was the low end) it was not a good deal. The hotel has a lot going for it with location, nice restaurant next door, some friendly staff, and a good "feel." However, my room was in great need of a good cleaning and refurbishing. Half the lights didn't work and there was so many scuffs on the wall and soiled places on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. It was probably a great hotel room 10 years ago. The front desk clerks were not very friendly, but the rest of the staff seemed to be. If you stay here, check out the room BEFORE you commit would be my suggestion."
