Cheap but clean place to stay near Patong beach

Clean and well worth the money. But not on the main road. Have to walk 2 minutes from the main (seaside) road. No seaside view from guest room.Not many shops and activities in the neighborhood.There is a mosque nearby so you can hear the pray when not in air conditioning room. If you want to try what the local eat, there are a few food stalls just along the side of the road (which you have to sit on the pavement! If you are looking for nightlife, Patong beach is 25 mins away on foot. $

One of the best budget hotel in Patong.

+ 1. The reception is very friendly and helpful.

+1 Staffs are generally and willing to help guests.

+1 The room we were in was the deluxe facing the beach though the hotel is somewhat fair distant to the beach but the view still fairly good. Nice'n fresh bed. clean shower and overall. (Did i mention extra bouncy and fluffy bed? gotta love ot)

+1 breakfast was good when compared with the price.

+1 clean swimming pool in the middle of the hotel and not crowded.

the only con I could think of was that the hotel is a bit deep into the road not brach front but that would explain the price so I did not mind at all giving all the goods I received from the hotel.

(there is no halal meal available at the hotel but in front of the street near the beach there are tons of Muslims mobile street food venders in the evening.)

My family stayed in Kalima resort from the 5 - 8th of Nov.
I would say, we have a great time there!
Situated not far away from the bustling patong beach, Kalima resort services was fantastic, service staff greeted you with friendly smile every time they see you.
The resort was beautifully designed, the pool was fantastic and the room was comfortable and it comes with a breath-taking the sea facing balcony.
My children had a great time frolicking in the pool and the man-made sand beach!!

Breakfast came with lots of selections, from oriental to western. Food was tasty and the service staff was attentive and friendly.
There was one particular incident that reaffirm our happiness staying in the resort.
A friendly staff went a distance to help us with carrying our baby strollers up the stairs while he was on duty at the restaurant! Kudos to their helpfulness!!

Everything was great until a electricity black out on the 7th that left us with no TV, Air-conditional in the room...
Nevertheless, it was a great experience staying in Kalima.
No regrets and we truly enjoy ourselves.

It was an average hotel. This hotel offers clean, wide room which has two double beds. Room was basic but clean, and fully air conditioned. Breakfast is limited, but still acceptable. We can access to Patong beach by walk in fitteen minutes. This hotel has small but clean pool and room service was quite effective. I think nobody can complain about this hotel if considering its price. It was over all nice choice.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. It is about 15 minutes walking distance to Patong beach. It is located in a very small street, so it is quiet. Very helpfull staff at reception and housekeeping. Breakfast wasn't something special but ok! Very nice open-air lobby just beside the simming pool. We enjoyed our stay.
