Booked this holiday last minute and got a good deal. We were bit concerned after reading the reviews but we shouldn't have worried. The rooms are a bit outdated but we has a nice 2 bedroomed apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool on one side and a sea view on the other.
The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. I'd broken bone in my foot a couple of days before going out (I didn't realise at the time!) and Sam at the pool bar supplied me with ice packs to help with the swelling.
The food was standard all inclusive buffet food but there wasn't a day we couldn't find anything we liked. The AI drinks were OK.
The hotel is set in lovely gardens with loads of space and we never had a problem getting a sunbed. It is in a good location, a short distance from the local shops and bus stops to Rhodes town or to the south of the Island.
The only negative is I don't think it is very suitable for people with mobility issues due to the stairs.
All in all we had a lovely break and would recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing holiday with access to local bus routes and amenities.
Would we return - definitely. Looking into going back next year.

Really nice hotel in a good location close to Kalithea shops and restaurants and on the bus route to Rhodes town. The rooms are spacious if a bit run down . the cleaning was excellent and the laundry change every two days. Food is buffet with a nice selection of both local dishes and the usual chips, pizza etc. overall good value.

Another fantastic 2 weeks thanks to Vagelis the manager, Lefteris and his team in the restaurant, Damian in the bar and Tsampico at the pool bar. Once again the whole package was everything we could have hoped for and will certainly be back again next year all going well. David and Frances, Scotland

We had checked the reviews for this hotel before we went so we were aware that it was dated, we had one of the apartments in the grounds, there is no windows, except for the bathroom. Also an open drain on the bathroom floor was a bit of a shock, it had a grill over it, this was for the bath water but could smell. Two single beds pushed together, they are very firm, then another small room with two more beds, the bedding was clean and the maids came in every day. The dressing table was falling apart, there was a electric hob, fridge\freezer and sink in the main bedroom but we're not connected. There is a little fridge under the dressing table and a tv on top. We expected a garden view (we paid extra for this) the doors in the second room opened on to a patio that had four chairs and a table, but your neighbours are close, we had hazard tape over broken tiles so not as attractive as it could have been.
Several people mentioned how the food (all inclusive) was what you can get at home but I feel this is more to do with the attitude of "Brits abroad" therefore not really a problem.
Now to the highlights of our visit the STAFF they were all so lovely, just to name a few Khuli (Student), Damien and Ibrahim behind the bar were friendly, funny, patiant, pleasant and really good at their jobs. Whatever they pay their staff is not enough.
If you want a cheap, basic base to explore the island of Rhodes this is ideal it's 3 star for a reason if ,like us we are out a few times so the meals were not a big deal.
Give it a chance we were there for 2 weeks and loved it

The location is great for trips to Rhodes Town, Faliraki and Kalithea Springs also for boat trips to Lindos and Symi. It is agreed that the hotel needs updating, but it is clean, basic and the food is good. The staff make every effort to make the guests stay as enjoyable as possible always with a smile. I have to commend Vangelis the General Manager always staying in touch with what is going on and prepared to listen when comments are being made
