Hotel is very good for stay , location is very good and easy to find hotel staff is supporting also .It has neat & clean bathrooms and has awesome interior looks traditional. . . . Room service is also excellent

Average hotel but problem in fan and light

I have booked this hotel online in end of December, the rooms are average, easy to find the hotel, but too dim light in the room ,there is no tubelight in the room, TV remote not working, fan is consistantly making noise.

To begin with, the rooms are decent and clean. The bathroom was not very clean there are challenges in Hot Water flow.
There is no room service whatsoever. They do have a menu card to order but that is of a different hotel owned by Welcome Group and the charges are exhorbitant. Strange that a budget hotel charges for food from a delux hotel, i somehow did not understand this arrangement.
If your package has breakfast included, then remember that u wont get it in this hotel, you would need to walk a distance at least 500m to Mandir Palace hotel where the breakfast is layed out in 2 seperate areas- 1 for Kalyan Bhawan and the other for the guest of mandir palace. This is really strange and demeaning as guests. Stay away if poosible.

Clean place with very average serviice

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were 2 families.

Place is very clean and tidy. full marks on this front. Hotel is centrally located.

No Jetspray in the toilets. This was a big letdown. It seems they dont have this this in any rooms ! Reason given is that this is a budget hotel.

Service is a bit of an issue too. They just have 1 manager and 1 attendant. if the hotel is full you have to wait to find the person. No intercomm - You have to come out of the room or go downstairs to ask for anything.
lobby noise is completely audible in the rooms. Rooms arent quiet.
Some rooms you have to ask the reception if you need hot water. They do something below and only then will you get hot water in the room. once it comes it does come for a long time, so no issues later.

buget hotel with average service

Its a very clean hotel but service given was average .hotel is a buget hotel and lots of facilities are missing . breakfast at mandir palace was good .no intercom facility so have to come two floors down to ask for anything if u r staying on second floor.
