Bad experience about the food

checked in for a one night with family had lunch food was disaster no taste at all and not cooked properly after complaining we got some nice food for dinner and breakfast ,room was superb but there was no hot water ,overall not satisfied but the staff was good specially the reception,

nice hotel for relaxing and for a family outing. travel with my family during may,every thing was perfect, the staff is really helpful and well organized, excellent restaurant good variety of buffet.

Rude lady at the reservation

I went to this hotel with my friends on the 9th to look at the place for our office trip. It was the ideal place not too crowded and
rooms to meet our requirements and we settled there to have a drink as well. Then we called the reservation for additonal matters and spoke to a very rude lady who has no knowledge in customer service and we canceeled our idea of going to this hotel. I think the management should seriously look in to this lady's attitude.

spoke to the reservation team(lady named nalika) to enquire about the hotel rates and the current amex card promo which is 40 percent.and the lady explained that it is 16k odd amount and 15k after the 40 percent discount which was unbelievable and i was trying to explain the calculation and she was furious and very rudely asked me to call tomorrow and she cut the line on me aggressively and then i decided to call the hotel reception to find out more about the promo and the same lady happened to answer my call and she kept telling the same and i requested to speak to a manager which she refused and i insisted to speak to any one except her and she kept saying it is not possible and she is the only employee working today.i was horrified with the way she spoke.and again she decided to cut the line on me.from thr i dropped the idea of visiting the hotel and booked another hotel.this is my very first experience of such a horrible customer service.would never recommend this place to anyone extremely disrespectfull and unprofessional

Good Hide out

It is a small, quiet & well maintained Boutique Beach Resort. Food was good and the rooms are fairly large and very spacious including the bathrooms. ideal for a hide out or even a week -end out for Sri Lankans. Hotel needs to spend a little bit of money for maintenance work to upkeep & to retain in the market. Our holiday stay was excellent. Thanks to the Manager, Chef & staff for making our stay a relaxing one.
