This resort is definitely made for nature lovers and has been maintained like that , why it is so - because of the awesome owner and friend Mr Navneet who is very passionate about wildlife.
Stay - they have a variety of rooms, we stayed in the budget room which was very clean, big and maintained and a very good deal in budget money. All the cottages are separately build so you can have your own privacy. The rooms which have private splash pool and jakuz are just awesome. The swimming pool is real deal - big and clean so it is a relaxing area when you are damm tried after the safaris.
Food - very nice and soothing food like you are at home. They have a pretty diverse Indian menu from which you can either order your food or get a buffet. I specially liked Veg pakora with a glass of beer. We never wanted to eat in room or in dining hall so manager helped me to get a space below the sky with nice arrangement for food and drinks. It was really and awesome space where we talked about our trips, sing songs and enjoy the fresh air.
Arrangements - I booked my safari from internet but gypsy was arranged by Mr Navneet which was his own driver and vehicle. It costs a bit higher side but the driver was so awesome that we didn't even need a guide so it was worth paying couple of bucks more. The breakfast was arranged by the hotel staff and taken by us in safari. It is common in whole kanha - I didn't liked it that much because I want to eat my brkfast hot but my co-travellers liked the idea. Well I did back to back 6 safari but could not spot a tiger and the school kids who were Staying in the hotel saw almost everyday. So bad luck I guess.
Bottom line is - when you have a person like Navneet (I am a great fan of him) running a place you can blindly select the place to stay and trust me if something is not going your way, he will make it work.

We have stayed here for 2 nights. We had a very warm welcome from the lodge owner. He made our stay very comfortable. Everything was perfect arranged and we loved the food! The safari's were great, we have seen a leopard. I can highly recommend this accommodation!

I had a wonderful stay here..It's tucked right into the heart of greenery..Airy, breezy, smartly designed , warm, hospitable staff, the manager's family is so lovable( also their son)..The pool is lovely... The bathrooms are vast.. The rooms are well equipped..It has its own persona and magic..!! Highly recommended!

We had two objectives in mind when we zeroed in on visiting Kanha National Park. One was, no prizes for guessing, to spot the Tigers and the other was to breathe in the fresh jungle air. We did spot the Tiger on one of the two safaris we took and filled our lungs with fresh air. In addition to the above two we got a bonus. Actually a bonanza. Our stay of 2 nights and 3 days at the Kanha Village Eco Resort owned by Mr. Navneet Maheshwari. It helped that Mr. Maheshwari was himself present at the resort during our length of the stay. The rooms were nice but what made our stay wonderful was the delicious home like food, the personal warmth and the expanse of the resort. Would love to visit again.

This place is very different. The walls of most of the 20 rooms of the resort are made of Mud. This ensures the rooms are cool during summer and warm during winter.
The greenery around the rooms add to the looks.
The staff very friendly, helpful and reliable . The food was good too.
The Manager Shailandra Pandey is an encyclopaedia.
