Tea, coffee and sugar in the room for the extra pay! Unbelievable - nonsense for nowadays!
The room was rather spacious, clean.
Near the hotel there is a expensive restaurant with quality cuisine.
But in front of the hotel along with the see view one can see noisy moving cargo trains.
There is no other one anyway

Everything is fine for the price you pay, but...
Noise from the street till 4am. Loud music plays non-stop. This is typical for Russian city at sea side. So, no chance to sleep well.
If you don't have a Russian passport be prepared for a long wait till reception will scan (on the very old and slow scanner) you 1) front page 2) visa 3) immigration card 4) registration 5) page with a stamp of you last border crossing. This makes you crasy!
Breakfast is more than modest.
Things like not properly working shower doesn't make you feel good at morning.
Staff is nice, very helpful.
Hotel from the glory days
Ron Bon 24/04/2014 06:20Nice hotel in a lovely location. Breakfast was good. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Good service. This is a return to hotel if in Tuapse again. Tuapse is on the edge of mountains and on the shore of the Black Sea.
Better than a usual 3* hotel
Sandor Gon 28/07/2013 11:11As I said, I think this is way better than an average European 3* hotel.
The rooms are average size, they are clean, there is a nice, big wardrobe, an LCD TV, a quite stuffed minibar and a normal bed. The mattress is not the best ever but it is okay too.
I have to highlight their laundry service. Even if you ask for a normal, not express laundry they do it superfast.
The breakfast is a mixture of continental and russian food. It is quite okay.
The lobby is full of ATMs accepting literally all card types.
The WiFi in my room is quite weak but the lobby or the elevator area has good single strength and bandwidth.
Good choice for business trip
Dombrik81on 10/02/2013 15:30Good modern hotel in the very center of the town, newly built in the 2000's. It has pretty wide rooms (named class A and B, the latte being a little smaller and cheaper), with free wifi internet. Reasonable prices, breakfast included.
There is a business center and a bank in the hotel.
