Finally a Paradise in Manali

Had a excellent stay at Manali for 5 nights with extreme warm hospitality by being a homestay & not commercial like any hotels nearby. It is 6kms from mall road & hence away from hustle bustle but can visit at the same time by bus,auto or own car & takes max 20mins drive.Rooms are huge,& the Royal rooms faces the snow capped hills as having glass french windows.
Owned by Gopalji an localite it is a Tibetan homestay.Best part is the housekeeping & kitchen is run by two sisters Sita & Geeta with a lad Chandan.You can get customised mouth watering local food made & even otherwise. They have a gr8 hand in cooking & treats all visitors warmly. Maintained exceptionally clean & tidy at all times.
It has an adjacent open terrace cum balcony where during the day one can bask in the glory of the sun & enjoy warm delicious breakfast of your choice.Let me share they are good in continental food too & not to be underestimated.
Waiting for a our next trip to Manali,Karma cottage soon...finally found a nice place to stay. Thank you once again Gopalji,Sita,Gita & Chandan...God bless u all.

Fantastic & Mindblowing Cottage..

I stayed here..with my Family...during 5th to 9th..June and I found this cottage mindblowing.

Specially Ms Seeta and Geeta..both sisters...are truly very much helpful and are full of Etiquette of Being a Host.

I would recommend this Hotel to all my colleagues who will be coming to Manali.

Even I have recommended to many of my friends...

The Food Quality is something which is Far much better then..Home foods..as well.

Purely wooden work, awesome view, cool, calm, specious and awesome dining Area..which is Unique in itself... are the Major USP..s of this cottage..

I am a banker and I found this place beyond my expectations...

I will keep on coming Manali..just because of this cottage. Only.

Best place to stay in Manali

Though we stayed in 5 star hotels in other places during this 9 day trip, this was the highlight of the tour. Though a home stay, it gives you feel of home away from home. Hosts are wonderful people - Sita and Gita, sisters - compliment each others strengths to give an unforgettable experience.

The food was excellent, they even served at odd times and ensured that we had best experience.

The best part was interaction with Alcia - She loves being combed, is very choosy and eats only chicken and kids enjoyed her company.

Great experience!

Great homestay and even more awesome hosts

Had a great experience staying at the Karma Cottage. The hosts (Sita & Gita) were extremely helpful and complied to all our requests. Food was very tasty and homely. The views from the terrace and room were nice too.

A pleasant hotel to stay

It is a huge house with own rooms, a common room and a dining. Calm place located in shuru village with less traffic. It was a fantastic stay with great hospitality from the staff. Personally i thank Sita and Geeta for their great care. Neat Kitchen, Nice Food. Well maintained rooms. Anyone who looks for a pleasant familystay for Rs.3500 can prefer this cottage.
