Nice and clean
Nikola Ron 17/05/2016 08:26The accomodation was realy nice and clean, we had a huge terrace only for us. It was a great place to stay, really close to the city center by walking. There was a bus stop right next to the property - direction Pizza Venezia. Everything was very close. I would also recommend the restaurant Papa Rex - around 300m from there. Great Food and Wine. On the other hand I did not like sweet breakfast every day but there was a supermarket in front of the property.
Nice and Clean
ivonnesmithon 25/04/2016 04:20Great place to get a good rest after you go all day touring. Bedroon was very clean and had a private bathroon. Breakfast was poor, cracker, pastry and coffee, but you can use the kitchen to cook some eggs if you'd like too. Staff was helpful, he helped us to call to prebook some musseums, also gave us directions how to get buses or trains. Bus 46 and 49 pass right in front of the hotel, and bus stop is only 50 meters away from the hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone.
OK for one night
Flyingscot100on 12/04/2013 20:21A five euro taxi ride from St Peter's Square. Basic (but clean) B&B. Tiny shower. Walls a bit thin ( I could hear next door snoring all night. Basic breakfast. It wouldn't be my first choice but everything else appeared to be booked (Easter Saturday).93 euros a night. Staff friendly enough, were happy to hold on to our luggage until after "Urbi et Orbi".

miyadivineon 11/04/2013 01:14What a dire place, stayed for 2 nights and could not wait to leave. The area its in is run down and decidedly dodgy. We rang the buzzer and after much confusion the door was opened by a youngish man who checked our printed reservation and led us up to the 5th floor via a lift which smelled of rotton cabbage. The breakfast was by far the worst I have ever had in Italy, don't bother unless you like everything wrapped in plastic and the cheapest quality. ( in fact you would do better eating the plastic) We had enough hot water for half a shower before it ran cold. The only plus factor was that the bus into Rome went just up the road. The morning we were to leave we checked out very early, skipping breakfast ( thankfully) we couldn't get out fast enough. All in all not a mindblowing introduction to Rome, having had my purse and mobile stolen while on the metro, but that's another story..........
Safe, walking distance, clean

Pros: Location was amazing...within walking distance to buses and St. Peter's square. Comes with breakfast and coffee/juice. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and roomy for 2 and had a television and a large private bathroom. There is a free parking lot right across the street. The owner changed our sheets every night. Worth the €60/night!
Cons: we had to call beforehand to arrange a time to meet the owner in order to get beeped in and to get the keys. No A/C. No shampoo. Parking lot is not controlled or guarded, so make sure you check up on it once in a while!
