Awesome location, nice rooms, very professional, supportive & friendly staff. Nice food. Mr Sanjeev (Manager) was really helpful and shared so many important things which really helped. I really thank him & appreciate his help & support.

Overall the staff tried to service you exceptionally well and at the price point the hotel is sold, i would give them 4/5 marks.

My room had a smell which the hotel cannot explain. The food at the restaurant was not very good but average but the service was exceptional. Overall a value for money resort

This is a great option for stay for an unplanned trip.

There are next to zero services but the rooms are pretty self sufficient and quaint that you might not want your peace to destroyed by asking for services other than the basic!

The location is good. The views from the room is also good if you choose the valley facing rooms. There are few activities as well if you have visited there with group of friends.

I enjoyed my stay at this place.

Good location, Quite a good staff and Very good food... having said that, this property still lack behinds that WOW or Awesome feeling in almost all senses.

I'd visited this place in July' 17, with family and stayed there in a Deluxe, non valley facing room for 1 night. For INR 4500 approx, the room looked over-priced because of several reasons: Cleanliness, View from room's window/lobby & Over expensive In-House Bar items are amongst the few of them.

I was easily able to found several flies/insects in the room/toilet floor and even the Water Kettle was also not properly washed/cleaned. Neither the only window in the room offer you any view, nor the balcony in room's lobby. Almost all of the In-House Bar items were priced at almost 50% higher rates then their actual MRP.

Few good things about the hotel/property were; generous staff, good/tasty food & view from restaurant.

Overall, I would still say that it's a over-priced property and would suggest to go for valley facing room and that too if your pocket allows you to do so :)

I planned for a short trip to Kasauli in May. It was a decent trip and stay but I had more expectations both from the place and the hotel so I rate my overall experience to be average

I heard a lot about Kasuali as one of the quick weekend getaways but never imagined to be such a quiet and small place. The only high point of the trip was the Hanuman temple within the airforce station and the government hotel where we had our lunch.

In terms of the hotel, the hotel is roughly 2 kms from the main market and is built in valley. The entry has a pretty steep descent from the road and for a new driver - very difficult to drive but luckily you have help so that should not be a concern.

The hotel is quite popular and has mix stay from air force officers and tourists. The mountain view rooms are good with a decent view of low hills. The food is OK but given the limited options in Kasauli it is the best you can get. The staff was very cooperative but service was slow and many times non responsive as well.

Finally, Kasuali is a decent one day destination that you might want to explore if you are living in north.
