So there might not be anything around this hotel, but who needs that when the hotel offers enough for a relaxing time. Loved the quaint charm about the place. Staff was fabulous! Offer to help with wrapping the scarf and had a warm smile. Food was good and the rooms were large.

Enchanting

We stayed here one night prior to our excursion into the desert. Entering the hotel was somewhat magical as it is constructed to look like an old Kasbah. The room was large and comfortable. The outdoor pool is very large and welcoming given the temperature. The restaurant served very good food and the hotel even has a gift shop - but the prices are quite high. They do have a full service bar with liquor. Be aware that hard liquor is heavily taxed in Morocco and quite expensive. My cocktail cost $26. Overall, though, a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful courtyard

Beautiful pool and courtyard. Very spacious room and bath. While waiters were polite and efficient, the man in charge of them was bossy and rude. We were a tour group of 17 and several of us attempted to linger for a while with drinks after dinner. He was intent on clearing our table, banged an adjacent table into ours, and seemed determined to get us on our way. It was early and there were many empty tables. In the morning, the same man refused to let me eat on the patio, insisting that I sit at a table designated for our group--even though I was the only one eating at the time. What could have been an excellent experience was dampened by his unpleasant behavior.

Nice Resort, Huge Rooms

Resort is outside town in a wonderful setting. Room was huge with plenty of space to roam around, but strangely no work desk. The cathode ray TV looked a bit out of place. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the toilet and a huge shower area. Insecticide spray was on the shelf but I didn't see many critters crawling around.

Hard to describe

The desert location makes the hotel seem like you are staying in an oasis. The grounds, pool, and rooms are beautiful. We found the service to be fine but the restaurant food was mediocre. We were also a bit worried that our room smelled heavily of insecticide spray.
