Stayed at Kastro for a week for a girls holiday. Great service from lovely staff both hotel, bar and reps. Very welcoming and lovey rooms, pool area etc. Great location, right on the beach and Charlie's bar attached to hotel has amazing atmosphere and was a favourite place to drink in before heading to the strip. All in all had a great week and would definitely return.

Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a week with 3 friends this month and would definitely recommend to anyone going to Malia! Nikos and all the reps were amazing and made us all feel so welcome, Charlie's bar had such a good atmosphere and we great for predrinking before going out on the strip. Will hopefully be back again next year!

Amazing girls hoiday

Me and my friends had an amazing experience at this hotel. we stayed for 7 nights and Nikos and his team were so friendly and helpful. Charlies bar which is part of the hotel has an amazing atmosphere getting you ready to go down to the strip for a night out and Nikos and the reps will also come and sit with you and really make you feel welcome and get to know you as a group. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are of a good size and are cleaned every two days to a very good standard. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Theres no finish to how much you can compliment and talk about the overall experience from Kastro Apartments/ Charlies Bar, placed in an amazing location and hosting the best staff money could buy, from the reps to the bar staff to the cooks to the owner Nikos himself. This is not just a hotel, but almost like a second home, the reviews don't lie and people are not forced to write reviews for complimentary drinks etc, people just appreciate the hard work and effort put into the guests to make Malia an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is fun, clean, fairly busy and unforgettable, from the moment you step off your transfer coach you are greeted with loud cheers, claps and complimentary cocktails. The reps are there to boost your holiday experience, not to sweep your pockets for their own gain. As many reps change over the years, if you stay at this hotel and have either Stefan, Lily S, Lily B or Hristrina look after you believe me you wont be disappointed, they all bring a different element to the table to brighten your days and nights. The location is a few minutes walk from the busy strip and the beautiful beaches. You wont be leaving Charlies bar anytime soon though as like i said before, its like a second home, get your pre drinks in at Charlies bar as the drinks are cheap and strong and embrace the staff members. Just a big thankyou to all the staff members and the man of the hour himself Nikos for making us all feel wanted, safe and overall dying to come back for more. You are a fool to pick any other hotel in Malia, and this goes for not only a piss up holidays but families enjoyed every minute here too.

Where do I begin!? Upon arrival stefan (a member of staff) made us feel at home straight away, before showing us to our rooms we greeted with welcoming drinks and a introduction that was both humorous and informative! The rooms were kept clean, the pool was the social hub of the hotel but the main feature was Charlie's bar... Nikos is a born entertainer and he has a Labrador! Special thanks to Nikos, the Labrador and stefan for making our holiday what it was!xx
