Good Property

Great Property with Poor Maintenance

Main Concerns are cumbersome check in & checkout process even though pre booked online. When I wanted to use only bath tub, shower was getting operated. In spite of repeated requests the problem could not be fixed during our two days stay. Washroom tap leakage problem could not be fixed. For as small as TV settings we needed to wait for about an hour. Front office executive attitude is so rude.
Finally my conclusion is you may try if you get this at 50% or more discount.

1. The rooms AC was not working
2. Water was not served
3. If you order anything in the room - food or drinks - they dont do a room service. Even if you call a lot of times, all they will say is they will send it.
These people are bunch of morons and zombies, when you ask them anything to send to the room ,they will say yes, but then never deliver and disappear.
The food pretty bad too! And the plates are all dusty and not cleaned well. Its just annoying to even think of how they serviced my family and all our guests.
The washrooms , the common ones are smelly and not cleaned at all. The washrooms in the room are also nice.
It was a nightmare being there

It's highly recommend that don't visit the hotel. Big property is wasted.
