Hotel is very very very nice, beautiful, near to the beach... the stuff is really nice and helpfull....especially Hakan, Ramazan, Ismail, Ahmet...they are very kind and cheerfull...😊😉

Reception stuff is very helpful. The room gets clean every day. Restaurant ofers very delicious food, there is a lot of food to choose from. Swimming pool is just as clean as it should be. Very close to the city centre. The beach is just outside of the hotel.

Came there with family. We had great time, friendly staff at the bar and lounge, not so friendly people at the reception. Food was ok, nothing special to be honest, having small kids there was little bit of issue as they wouldn't eat much from their menus. Rooms were clean but the "public toilets in hotel and near pool" could have been cleaner. Beach wasn't nice at all.

Am happy that the personer are very kind and nice people
Good food and drink the room are very clean and the air conditioning working very well
Is very close to the beach and also in close to alanya centre

Worst hotel ever not 5 star more like 2 star

The concierge and management staff was terrible my room was Connected my another room and the door wasn't locked and I didn't notice till my room was broken into by the other room and items stolen the hotel didn't help at all. The manager said its your fault you should of used a safe. The food was terrible. No wifi at all. The only good thing was the entertainment and friends made at the hotel. Apart from the never again worst hotel defiantly not a 5 star more like a 2
