Girls holiday, great hotel.

So just landed back from last night from staying a week in Kavos in this lovely hotel, Kavos Plaza. This hotel was so stunning and the place was lovely and clean, staff was so friendly.
When it comes to the reps though that's another story. As soon as we got off the coach late at night we checked in and one of the girl reps, Nicole she brought us over welcomed us to the hotel then got straight onto telling us about the events. We told her we wanted to wait and think about it and get back to her, she wasn't taking no for an answer. We were basically told to pay the 200 euros or we'd have a rubbish time on the holiday and there would be nothing for us to do. We meet other people the next day and they told us the exact same that they were basically pressured into paying it too. She barely even spoke to our group.
Although, the boy rep Corey he was nice, you seen him interacting with the guests and went to the events and tried getting everyone to join in and making sure people was having a good time! Whenever we got picked up to go the airport, Corey then came onto the bus and wished us a good flight home and say all our goodbyes. He would also get everyone to play games etc before leaving for the events and also during the day when there was pool games too.
However, part from one of the reps the hotel was over all amazing it has a 24 hour bar and it has a very good atmosphere, so close to a supermarket and the strip too! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I am just home last nignt from this hotel and i could not have been more pleased with the hotel and its staff. However one of the 18-30's reps left a lot too be desired. When we first checked in we were taken for a meeting with Nicole (one of the reps), this was obviously to sell the 'weekly package' to us for all the events. We told her that we wanted too think about it and she wouldnt take no for an answer she basically peer pressured us too pay €200 in hand and we wernt even on kavos soil for more than 2 hours. She didnt speak too us at all the whole holiday, she was very rude and so many other guests were complaining about the same situations happening too them. Yesterday when our coach came too pick us up too go to the airport Corey (the other rep) came and made soo much effort too say goodbye and wish us a safe flight home, however Nicole just ignored us and proceeded to sit at the bar and talk too other guests that obviously gave her all her money. All im saying is pick wisely who you have as reps as it has a massive effect on your hotel.

Been here last week with a few of the lads and it was a class first holiday, hotel staff were friendly and good service was provided, the nightlife was sound thanks to our reps and hotel staff, shout out to Cory, Nicole and DJ Jordan Love keeping the tunes strong! would defo give this place another visit in the future!

When booking our trip to Kavos we did a lot of research with regards to accommodation and we settled on the Plaza as the most suitable for our post exams trip away!! Safe to say we were not disappointed, we knew that we'd picked the perfect spot from the moment we heard "24 hour bar" and welcome shots!! The place is the perfect location for people looking to party with a poolside bar and Dj that always kept the party vibes going!! The rooms weren't 5 star luxury accommodation but were by far the best you'd find in Kavos and the apartment set up was perfect for our group trip! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and pretty much everyone staying was a native English speaker which made making new friends very easy!! Would definitely recommend to anyone booking their trip to Kavos as you're guaranteed a safe affordable hotel in the perfect location to the strip!!

Hotel is very attractive with good facilities and friendly staff only problem was room security anyone has the ability to take your room key from reception. On our 6th night some other residents took our room key and trashed our room as some sort of "joke" was very worrying although nothing was stollen there is a serious risk there. Just take your key with you !
