Maharana_Samon 27/06/2017 19:41This is your best bet for touching upon all the hindu pilgrimage points in Jammu. It's got an envious location , right on the residency road near the famous Raghunath Temple (100mts). The lane opposite the hotel takes you to the prachin shiva temple (100 mts).
The rooms are very well appointed for the price point it is at. The bathroom were refurbished with modern fittings, toiletries are decent. A great halting point post your Vaishnodevi Yatra in Jammu I would say.
Myriad food options in and around the hotel. If you fancy kashmiri wazwan...walk down to the J K Tourism complex next door which houses a restaurant and serves the best wazwan fo Jammu. If you feel too courageous, the lane opposite the hotel has 5-6 hole in the wall eateries which serve predominantly non-vegetarian fare, too tempting to miss but I would recommend you stick to JKTDC restaurant, its a gem for the meal it serves.
Breakfast is generally included in the price and it serves all the continental options, live egg counter, dosas to order etc....no point to crib much on the food, its decent and you can find what suits you.
Highly recommended as an easy place for exploring the temple circuit of Jammu.

RajenSon 26/06/2017 17:14We stayed here for couple of nights to attend a family function. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to a courteous, caring and well trained staff. Everything about this property is exceptional and praiseworthy. The location is great, on the famous residency road and close to Ragunath temple. The check in was quick and rooms are clean, stylish, and spacious tastefully done up with modern fittings and fixture.
We had a small issue with some disturbing sound of renovation coming from the neighborhood . Upon request, the front office manager personally intervened and alloted us another room.
The iconic Falak revolving restaurant is another great place to enjoy your food while having a 360 degree view of the city. Breakfast spread was also very well laid out and had lot of variety. I could go on but suffice it to say we was very pleased with our stay, and strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a luxurious indulgence in jammu.

PhotographerRGon 15/05/2017 06:11Warm welcome with proper assistant from Check-in to carrying luggage in the room.Room was comfortable.Wish the washroom had a more big space.View from glass windows is nice.Food was awesome.Its closer to Raghunath Temple and market nearby.The best is the restaurant on the top.

Rite98on 12/05/2017 12:54Visited this place on way to katra .. bad place to stay rooms very clumsy... Staff non cooperative ... Inspite with small kid no break fast for kid at 7 am in the morning ... Check out painful credit card machine not working ... Not worth amount of money charged

Brijesh Von 22/04/2017 19:47Jammu has a limited options when it comes to good hotels and maybe that is why even this place has taken it for granted. The front desk handling is not satisfactory and the worst part is the food...the 6th floor restaurant experience leaves you ... the food is repetitive..maybe the F&B does not have any clue that guests staying for more than a day will find it annoying... the buffet is mismanaged.. refills delayed and one shudders at the very look of the dessert offerings and layout.
Improve... or let your guests migrate to the new hotels in town
