We Had a Wonderful Stay!
763martelloon 04/10/2016 07:10Our room was spacious and very comfortable and had a spectacular view of the castle and surrounding hills. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure that we were happy with our acccomadations and implemented any requests that we made.
The restaurant was first class cuisine, very tasty and well presented.
The pool was large and had panoramic views with lots of towels available.
Both the town and area are gorgeous with lots of beautiful buildings and parks. The main thermal pool is only a few minutes walk away and well with visiting.
I will definately return!
Absolutely Rubbish .. Horrendous Service

They WILL charge your card illegally.
They have Terrible service, they simply coincidently forget to respond.
The customer service has a zero rating!!
They are not transparent with charges
They have a outdated change of date and cancellation policy..
