Fantastic!
daniel kon 21/08/2017 12:37This was one of our best vacations if not the best vacation we ever had. The Kempinski Grand Hotel deserved its name GRAND!
From the concierge to the GM Constantine to the front desk and the entire staff, the Spa and pool... we can go on and on,all were out to please. Not to mention the Wagner family that went above on beyond to make this a most memorable vacation.
We will be back!

My second disappointing experience of a Kempinski (out of two)
Jock Mon 16/08/2017 21:285* hotel? Restaurant was closed and alternative eateries on site fully booked. Concierge was happy enough to arrange a taxi at my expense to Hotel Steffani for dinner.
Had same problem at Hotel Adlon...restaurant not available... Not good enough
The best hotel
on 16/08/2017 21:14The best hotel I have been to amazing service amazing, staff, nice clean and tidy tasty food and a very helpful concierge with name of Cornelius haug, staff always smiling and very helpfull whatever needed and whenever needed most recommended hotel the hotel that I will go to in the future
Shortage of superlatives
Valérie Von 03/08/2017 08:27We stayed in the Kempinski for one night, and it was so worth it. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left was just one highlight after the other. We had a very pleasant welcome from the staff, who btw are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is unbelievable, we would recommend to take at least one dish a la carte (it's included). We chose the poached egg accompanied by truffle and spinach. We would like to thank Maikel who brought our experience to the next level by providing us with an excellent service.
The wellness consists out of a swimming pool, Turkish steam bath and 5 different sauna's with a different atmosphere.
As a general conclusion: congratulations Kempinski!

they help not only suggesting places to visit, restaurant to dine, they also help to arrange a surprise birthday cake to us.
the valet people were so friendly and always get our car ready in time we needed.
the hotel room we stay although not the new room, yet still comfort and big enough for all of us.
