The Kempinski was recommended to me by a colleague and I can not thank him enough. Super comfortable beds, a great pool area, wonderful gym, incredible food and a super helpful staff. I have told everyone I know if you are headed to Huizhou this is where you need to stay

Perfect service, nice environment, great breakfast, convenient fitness centre with sauna and outdoor swimming pool with relaxing possibilities having refreshing either working. WiFi connection is fast and reliable easy to use.
Great place for staying in the nice city of Huizhou from not to far from the beautiful West Lake

Convenient location, close to shopping mall. Spacious room, staff are friendly
and polite. It is good to have an indoor n outdoor swimming pool. Big gym room
with various equipment. Also, there are two colors of slippers (the small sign) to
differentiate. Really a warm welcome!

We spent almost a month here. Some staff had excellent English skills so my lack of any Chinese skills made our stay effortless. One tip, if you can get the 16th floor, do it. the housekeeper (Leona) was fantastic and made our stay so comfortable. The location is central to the City's business district with easy access to transportation. Don't miss the West Lake park, reserve a couple of days for that.

First time check in at Kempinski hotel, last time check in at crown plaza Huizhou give us very good feeling .this time when I check in at Kempinski hotel ,the lobby was very grand and beautiful check in very smooth but their front desk staff forgot to Congratulations for my 1st wedding anniversary trip .after going up to my room .i saw one housekeeping staff ,but she don't say hello or smile to me.but there is small problem ,their duty manager Merry and the club lounge staff Jessie was very helpful and very friendly . This 2 staff was very professional. Hotel buffet dinner very good , the club lounge I was highly recommend to join .location also very good.next time will check in this hotel again .feeling is better than Renaissance Huizhou and Crown plaza Huizhou.
