Standard Fare with many televisions

jswflightson 06/07/2017 10:27

E-town has standard restaurant fare and slews of televisions. It is a good place to watch "the game" with a group. Plan ahead as it can get crowded, parking can be difficult, and service can be slow. The cuisine is mostly Americano with a few twists. Burgers and salads seem to be their mainstay.

Great lunch

By far best burger in the valley. My good luck Tuesday is burger Special. My wife had fish tacos and she loved them! We will definitely return.

Locals Spot

I'm a local in Edwards. I frequent this restaurant so hopefully my review will be helpful. Great restaurant for casual, simple, flavorful food. This is one of my favorite spots for happy hour. Their menu doesn't change often, but there is a decent selection of apps, sandwiches, burgers, "pizzas" (more like flat breads), and entrees. Some favorites: the pretzel, Philly Cheese Steak, Figgy Piggy Pizza, and their donuts. Yes, they make killer donuts. A few things to keep in mind: this place can get very busy between 4:30 and 7:30pm; service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are. I've had to wait long stretches in between server visits (to take drink and food orders). Once the ordering has taken place, typically service is smooth; there aren't any long waits for food to arrive even when the place is hoppin'. This is a perfect restaurant to watch sporting events, sit on the patio for lunch, or just grab a few drinks. Prices here are inexpensive for the Vail Valley, and I think it's a great bang for your buck. I'm giving this spot a 4 out of 5 for the inconsistency in server punctuality. Sometimes I feel the servers are just bogged down. When I come here with friends that's basically our only complaint. Perhaps add another server per shift? Besides that, awesome spot. I'll see you soon Etown.

Good Specials - kids hamburger meal is small

Michele Con 25/04/2017 01:38

We went to Edwards on our off ski day to stroll along the River walk. We were recommended to try E-Town that it was a local favorite. We happened to be there on a Tuesday and they have Tuesday all day burger for 7.95 - the burger was good - no complaints. The service was good as well although it was late lunch so restaurant was pretty empty - only one or two tables. The food we had was good - pretty typical bar food but did want to mention that my kids were shocked at the size of the children's hamburger. They haven't stopped talking about it even weeks from returning from this trip. Maybe they were hungry but they say, the kids burger was ONE SLIDER! It cracks me up so if they were to review, they wouldn't be very low - they never want to return. So just thought I would warn you all if your kids eat like mine, that burger wouldn't be enough food for them. The chicken fingers seemed to satisfy the other kids with us and seemed like a normal portion for kids. I am not giving a bad rating because I didn't have a bad experience.

Took a short drive to Edwards from Beaver Creek. Had a nice lunch at E-Town, recommended by our concierge. Neat local place, great menu and service was terrific.
