Excellent Ribs

The interior is nothing to write home about but it has a nice local vibe. We order the ribs for take out. They are great and come with 2 sides. The blue cheese dressing is relish. They deliver to Gloucester and Rockport, too.

Much better the second time

We were a party of 7 on Saturday night of President's Day weekend so we tried 5 restaurants in town - all had a minimum of an hour wait. I didn't want to go to the Pilot House because the experience wasn't great three years ago when almost the same group of us went. This time was much different and I'm glad we went back.
They do have EVERYTHING!! Chinese, Japanese, barbecue, grilled fish, bar food...
I had ribs and they were excellent. Our waitress was cheerful and very efficient on a very busy holiday weekend.

This ordinary looking place had great food and an amazing menu. It has a sushi menu, a menu of local fare, and a Chinese menu. The moo shi shrimp I had was the best moo shi I've has in recent memory. My friend loved her BBQ ribs. Other members of our party enjoyed theie Egg Foo Young, cowboy burger, tempura, tuna steak and swordfish. Plus there was no wait as at other places we tried, our server was lively and helpful, and the prices were reasonable.

Walked in and was wowed great food and great prices best pastrami sandwich Husband had haddock lunch ,great selection of food ..check it out you'll be pleasantly surprised and full .

wife ordered the baked haddock, was nice and crispy coated, and moist and succulent inside,,,,,,,,,tasted very nice and fresh.......................i ordered the prime rib, rare, not as thick as i like,but again cooked to perfection and melted in mouth. i also had an order of chicken wings bare, with no sauce or spices...............these again were very crispy on the outside and a nice clean taste on the inside......had rice pilaf,,,,,,,,,,a little too much salt for my personal taste but quite palletteable. we both had french fries, a nice golden finish that was crispy, the inside was soft hot and deliscious.................
