Beware
jghornon 20/05/2017 21:04"Far away" from the falls is a better name. The We Go pass for sell at the hotel was a great thought, but good luck finding a bus that picks you up. They primarily run the downtown area. This would be the perfect hotel for 19 year olds on Spring Break. It is old and outdated. The beds were uncomfortable as were the pillows. The Air conditioner is old and loud. The refrigerator didn't cool. The lights from out side the hotel shine up through the top of the window. The TV wouldn't come on. The coffee maker cord had several places wrapped in electrical tape. Scary!!!! I could go on but I think you get it. I will say the room was clean and in the bathroom the tub/shower had been updated. Staff is friendly. BUT don't skip on the hotel. You'll be tired after walking and exploring all day and you will want to come back to a room that offers comfort and modern conveniences. There are several nicer and moderately priced hotels closer to the Falls and other activities. The Quality Inn was very nice and right in the heart of every thing. I will stay there my next trip. Trip Advisor even sent an email after we arrived in Niagara Falls for the Sheraton downtown for 80 dollars. To bad I couldn't have cancelled this hotel. Bottom line is I took a chance, after reading the prior reviews. I reasoned that we would not be in the room except to sleep. I made a mistake, but I'll know where to stay the next time I visit Niagara Falls. Not at Kings !!!
Old, but clean!
Elena Aon 17/05/2017 20:33It was very difficult to book any price-reasonable hotels for the 2nd weekend of May 2017! The dance competition was going on and as parents of these dancers we all were looking for a place to stay.
Kings Inn was quiet cheap compare to all others, so we booked it.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the manager, who was very friendly. He helped us with all the maps, places to dine and attractions to see around Niagara.
The room was old, but clean. Fresh white towels completed the satisfaction.
The room insulation was very poor, so we could hear other people talk and take showers, but this didn't disturb us much - would it be for a longer period of time it would be disturbing for sure. But I think that the manager knows that and purposely places people in far corners so to speak.
Good deal for a price!
Great Place To Stay
Huber74on 28/04/2017 18:40This was our second time staying here. It is affordable and clean with employees who are very helpful and friendly. There are restaurants close by and a lot of things are within walking distance. They have an outdoor pool to use in the warmer weather. We will stay here again if we are in Niagara Falls!
Hidden Gem

Maxim Kon 18/03/2017 19:22The rooms where very comfortable friendly staff it is also in a great location. You could easily walk to a nearby restaurant without any sweat. The rooms and building is well designed. I really recommend you stay here. There is also a pool if you are into swimming.
