Excellent Value Apartment in a Great Location

I stayed in the Apartments Opera at the end of September, it is incredibly reasonably priced and well located. Edgar the manager met me to give me the keys and was extremely friendly and helpful.
The building itself is a lovely baroque apartment building, mainly residential with great character.The price was reasonable enough for one person to pay but the apartment could have easily slept 4. It is right in the middle of a busy area with plenty of restaurants and bars but as it is on the fourth floor it is not too loud. The only thing that woke me up was an opera singer practicing her arias in the morning from the apartment opposite, but what a beautiful way to be woken up.
As for Budapest, possibly the most beautiful city I have ever visited and cheap too. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, immaculate well appointed apartment. Would recommend..... 6 of us stayed here for 3 nights. The whole Budapest experience was faultless....Easy walking distance to river,shops , bars, restaurants and clubs.

Cheap, fantastic location for everything, night life, eating, sightseeing etc. Good connections to the underground system can be anywhere in Budapest in minutes. Really good location. However rooms a bit shabby. Not bad to use to just sleep in but wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in them. Apart from that good spot and helpful with airport / trainstation transfers.

The Opera View Apartments was perfect for a 3 night stay in Budapest. It is possible to walk from the apartment to the river, Hero's square, etc. If not the underground is within 100 meters from the apartment. There are a number of small restaurants and pubs in the area. We enjoyed the kitchen and laundry facilities and made it our home away from home while exploring and enjoying Budapest. Great folks to work with on both the check-in and check-out.

Remember these are budget apartments. What else would you expect for 35 Euro per night. But they are very spacious and with an excellent central location. Our bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We requested to be picked up from the airport and had given our arrival time and the fact that we would be travelling with hand luggage only so would be out of the airport very quickly, unfortunately Edgar who was due to pick us up still managed to be 30 min late. I would use the apartments again but possibly not the airport pick up.
