Moderately priced, great location
NewY0rkTraveleron 19/07/2017 22:17Right across the bridge to Kennebunkport, and walking distance to all the restaurants in Dock Square (as well as On the Marsh in the opposite direction). Modest rooms, a bit dated, but a nice little sheltered lounge downstairs (outdoors, but covered) which is nice for reading the newspaper in the morning or hanging out in the afternoon). Friendly service.

Rooms nice but wouldn't stay there again
debbydifon 19/07/2017 14:54Very nice rooms, bed was comfortable. Make sure to get a confirmation confirming the price! We were quoted one price, made reservation and when checked in, was $ 20 more! The hotel is in a good location, easy walk to city center. If you get a room with the jacuzzi, take Clorox to clean off the scum. The dual shower was kinda neat. Typical hotel breakfast, coffee cereal fruit and spongy waffles One would expect more for the price.
Great location and friendly service

We enjoyed the mile walk to the beach from this location, as well as the complimentary breakfast waffles. The seating area between the two buildings was pleasant and decorated beautifully. Our room was average but comfortable. We truly appreciated them recognizing our Anniversary with the gift of Kings Port Inn mugs!

DeeDee1066on 13/07/2017 22:41This Inn is in a great spot so you can walk to town easily. The Inn is clean and the staff are friendly. The place is modern with TVs and wifi.There are mini refrigerators in the rooms which is a nice feature. There is a French coffee shop across the street with pastry and wonderful coffees and teas.
The Inn offers a typical continental breakfast which is good for families. We had a nice stay there.
