good value and good location

Basic hotel with large rooms, basic but adequate breakfast next to large department store and number of restaurants. small swimming pool. Lots of parking. Quiet area.
good bathroom but remember to turn on the water heater switch. My room had a small kitchenette which was very useful. Laundry is reasonably priced.

Business stays

I had been always stayed in this hotel for business trip, the location is good for food and there is a supermarket nearby.

In terms of hotel the building is quite old and the room deco is not spacious at all.

Room - The bed is not comfortable, lights are too dark.
Breakfast - this is the most thing I think in this hotel, standard English + local meals. The omelette is very good, should try it out.
Cleanliness - average
Reception - quite efficient but it's always depends on the people who serve you
In Brunei this hotel consider budget hotel

ロケーションは抜群ですが、歯ブラシ無し、TVは動作しませんでした。
事前に部屋を確認して欲しいです。
また、不運にも隣の部屋が非常にうるさい客でした。（夜2時過ぎまで3~4人でカラオケをしていました。）
フロント経由でクレームし、静かになりましたが、結局その夜は寝る事が出来ませんでした。
Good location but the room had no toothbrush and Mulfunction TV.
Hope advance room confirmation.
And Unfortunately, I had very noisy neighbor.
(3 or 4 person had being singing even mid night)
After that I request front desk to claim them, It was better but I could not sleep that night...

Average Hotel, close to shops

The hotel is quite average. Lobby is unspectacular but functional. Enough space to conduct check ins and check outs and wait a few minutes for your transport...otherwise nothing to do in the lobby.

Rooms are spacious especially the deluxe rooms that come with a separate mini kitchenette. There were 3 of us in one room and the kitchenette was big enough to fit an extra bed. Has its own TV as well, so turned out to be a room in a room.

Wifi throughout the hotel is bad. So if you are staying here and need to be connected to the internet, get a sim card.

Shower water pressure was the best i've ever experienced. Good for a mini shower massage.

Coffee house for breakfast, is located on the 6th floor. Both mornings it was quiet, only had my group of 10 in the coffee house...but the food was well stocked and prepared.

The surrounding area is full of shops from coffee house, restaurants to retail outlets. So good area to stay in if you have no transport and don't mind exploring on foot.

All in all, a clean hotel with spacious rooms located in a shopping area.

got to go the people were great and i love the view and i like the service and ii think that other people might like it too it is some thing i would do on my free time and love to do it again the place was just beautiful
