I can't quite understand the bad or worse reviews from the other customers. This is a low budget hotel with good All Inclusive, location is on the main beach and close to everything. You really get more than you paid for!

Fast free wifi, fresh delicious food (Turkish) 3 times a day, very friendly and helpful staff, house cleaning every day, free well working air conditioning, hotel right next to Kleopatra (main) beach, silent rooms. All inclusive very reasonable price. Good coffee selection from the automatic (free) and hot tea all day. Soft drinks (Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite) from the bottle, Efes beer cold from the tap, wines, some spirits available all day. Beds were comfortable. Warm shower all day and night.

Only things I did not like was that the rooms were dated (but clean) and the pillow was quite hard for my taste (but slept well anyway because the bed was otherwise comfortable). The pool was on maintenance but I would not used it anyway as the beach is right across the road.

I just came back yesterday from a 2 week holiday in this hotel and all can say is that the hotel is small bur very friendlly and make you fill like family when you get their. All the suff are very very friendly an do everything to help you. The food is standard and very nice althught you don't get a lot of fruit but you can go out and get some from the market. The ar had juice,fanta, cola , sprit , lemonad, red wine,white wine, beer, gin and a different coffee. The rooms are not to big but all have a balcony , privet bathroom , tv , and the standard things although you don't have a safe box and mini fridge but that not that important as they have safe boxes for you to use in the reception and you can use the kitchen fridge at any time is if you tell the manager. The hotel has a pool but not too big but can fit a lot of people. the beach is only 3 min walk from the hotel.The hotel is in a great location 20 min from the alanya centriom. the hotel does not any animation about does take you to disco 3 time a week with no transfer or enter charge. Over all i am very happy with this hotel and plan to got their again next year.

The most discusting hotel I have ever stayed in .The management were rude and threatening DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel is terrible the mattresses in our rooms were blood stained .The rooms are full of black mould .The alcohol was watered down and they ran out on several occasions I don't think we were served meat in the 14 days we were there .
The staff were intimidating and threatening .The pool area is disgusting.
Do not ever ever book or say at this dirt tip..
I had some of the cost of the holiday refunded to me by the travel agent who booked us the holiday after I complained

the location of the hotel is very good, staff are friendly but not so good food..everything is old and not so clean. Housekeeping will hug you and kiss you if you say to them that they don't need to clean your room..Ridiculous . Wi fi only in reception

I would not stop here again if you paid me

Me and my partner went on our 1st holiday together in September 2014 . I decided too book a 1 week all inclusive at the hotel as it seemed to tick all of the boxes which teletext holidays had advertised.
Oh how wrong was I !!!
After travelling for almost 12 hours we arrived at the hotel. We were shown to our "room"
It was filthy , rock hard pillows 2 single beds holes in the sheets , mouldy rusty shower and bathroom , we asked if we could have a refreshment but was promptly told NO!
Next morning we went for breakfast , we were refused milk for tea, food was disgusting consisted of 5 types of meat ,some cheeses , ice cream cones and syrup!!! Dirty table cloths staff didnt speak English. After complaining to our rep he couldnt do anything as all the rooms was in the same state, my partner complained to the manager and she was threatend with the police ! She went to the toilet ...cockroach in fested excrement on the floor. The pool was greenish mouldy weatherd sunloungers unkept grounds , a health and safety& hygiene threat all over .. lunch was recycled breakfast with more bread and salad , dinner was recycled lunch etc .. get the picture .. ive kept this review breif. I wrote a 2 page letter of complaint to teletext once back in the uk .
after 4 months of phone calls and being passed around from department to department , they eventually sent me a letter to say "I had not complained quick enough to them and they cant do anything about it!" We arrived back in uk 15th September ; I sent them an email on the 16th .......
guys PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this hotel at all costs
