We visited the CELINE hotel from the 1st July 2017 to 14th July 2017. We cannot find any fault at all. We had book two weeks all inclusive paid a really good price and it was worth every penny. The location of the hotel being over the road from the beach is perfect and the sea water is so warm it was heaven. Although we did spend most days round the pool at the hotel where they provide free sunbeds there is a pool bar and bar snack available from 2pm Till 4pm. The rooms are clean and sufficient in size. You can hire a small fridge and safe if required. The air conditioning is free and was well needed as the temperature was over 40 degrees for the whole of our stay 😱 there are a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants close to the hotel with the town only around a mile and a half away for the party animals out there. The food was great. I get annoyed with some peoples expectations of a hotel which is giving you a room electric water etc plus your food all day everyday and drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic all day and they have paid the minimum price. If the people who think that having toast in a morning is so important that they have to take it to management then they should of purchased their own toaster and got on with it instead of making a big deal out of it and turning this against the hotel in reviews. What makes this hotel though is the staff and the owners. CELINE was always around to help in any way she could of needed. Our transfer was late on departure and she kindly rang them a number of times and gave them a good telling off until she was provided with our pick up time. Her mother and father who regularly if not daily visit the hotel and they are lovely people who would always say hi when passing. The staff in the hotel are great especially Hussain mehmet and the tall thin one who works on the pool bar who's name I unfortunately didn't get they work really hard and always had a smile and a big welcome. For anyone who is looking for a fairly priced hotel with a great location clean rooms comfy beds, fresh tasty food and great service then get booking at the CELINE. We will definitely be back as soon as October 👍🏽❤👍🏽
First of all we were mis-sold this "all inc" holiday by teletext, saying it was a 4* hotel...When we arrived at 3.30am in the morning the receptionist did not look friendly or happy so that put me off. When we were taken to the family sea view room to our surprise it wasn't what we were told for a family of 4...Yes it had 2 small separate rooms with 4 single beds!!! Only on the 1st day while having lunch were we asked if we would like a drink the rest of the week no body bothered...food wasn't all that and not much of a variety. I also noticed the same food was served for 3 days with the same menu...I didn't find any of the staff friendly, more fed up and frustrated...Be very careful of the tiny lift as it doesn't stay open for long enough for 2 people to get in. The door on the lift almost took my leg with it and ended up with a black blue knee...Wifi...yes, you have to pay €2 a day we needed 2 passwords, as only 2 users for 1 password...so ended up paying €4 a day plus had to pay 100 Turkish lira for late checkout as flight wasn't till after midnight...I don't think there was really a plus point to this hotel. Hope this review helps you...to be honest I've stayed in a 4* hotel in turkey last year and i gave that a 10/10...Celina hotel. I'm sorry but 2/10...I'm giving it a 2 just for the air conditioning in the bedroom...oh yes you only have air conditioning in the bedrooms and nowhere else apart from the dining area which was turned off most of the day...
Recently stayed at the Celine
Arrived at 3am had to ask for a drink was phoned at 3.45 to ask if we wanted food!!!!
Room was ok small but a lovely shower and comfy beds.
Wi-fi was not included Cost €2 a day!
Safe was also to be paid for the only extra for free was air con which you need.
Food is catered for the European taste .. no toaster for breakfast .. really nothing for our taste had pancakes one day ..... meat was turkey or chicken every day ...for lunch and tea didn't enjoy it at all ate out most days which defeats the AI booking.
Location is ok nice beach across the road although huge rocks to get over before you can get in the sea very slippery and the waves are very strong not good if you're a weak swimmer, we negotiated sun beds for the week and got a discount 80 Tl so was happy with that didn't use beach 20 that the hotel suggested as a bit far to walk!!
To the left of the hotel a short walk is the sports bar food and staff excellent!
Mehmet and Hussein were really helpful some of the staff are quite arrogant!
In my opinion this hotel should not be advertised in U.K. Travel agents it's not equipped for us.... I've stayed in many hotels across Turkey and have never experienced problems like this one especially on the food side.
I definitely cannot recommend this hotel to U.K. Customers I'm not fussy and don't expect to be staying at the ritz but this was a let down ..... I will not be returning.
The Kleopatra celine is a great hotel in a great location , this was a return visit for us . And why not the manager celine talks to all her guests and hope to make them happy Yusuf on the desk is friendly and helpful the food is good traditional Turkish breakfast with eggs omelette or pancakes and lots to choose in the evening soups are really nice. Location is good the beach is across the road . this hotel has an added bonus free air conditioning in all rooms ☺️🇹🇷Believe me you will need it. Thank you celine for being as lovely as ever . Hope to see you next year take care xx
Decent value for money experience. Convenient location, solid food selection. Beach across the street, so you can quickly get some shade by the pool if necessary. Basic but clean rooms.
Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel on the Kleopatra beach, you will not go wrong.
