This is MY opinion. This is one of 3 hotels based on the same street within touching distance and use the one restaurant in the Bavyere for a typical Turkish buffet breakfast. The usual meats cheese salad olives jams cereals etc 08-00 until 10-00. I made the mistake of booking half board. Although the food was nice, I did not have a choice for the evening meal. One choice, take it or leave it. Rice, Salad, Chips every meal with Kebab meat, Chicken Nuggets, Kebab burgers, no fish at all. Apart from the half board issue, I can not fault this hotel at all. The bedding was changed every day as were the bathroom towels. The staff were great and made you feel welcome. Do not expect table cloths when dining. This is the cheapest hotel you will find in Alanya. The rooms are compact but you only use them for sleeping and showering. Limited shelf space in wardrobes, so try and carry hand luggage only, save yourself some money.

This is a very good hotel ,its cheap ,near the beach and centrum,
the staff is very frienly and helpfull,i can only say great hotel .
Also the sreet is a silence street,restaurants and shops are near.

love it here been here loads of times in the past years... staff so friendly ,,,rooms spotless.... great location close to everything you may need....beach 2 minutes walk away... hotel situatated in a lovely little street ..

For the little money I paid this hotel was good value. The room was bright, cheerful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated on a pedestrianised street with restaurants and bars lining it. I imagine it could get quite noisy in high season, so if this bothers you then try to get a pool facing room. My only issue is the hotel does not provide shower or changing facilities for those who, like me, are returning home on night flights.

Got what we expected

Kleopatra Develi is a small hotel with a very good location. Beach is literally just a tad over 100 meters away. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Also an Aquapark. Since our travel agent rated this hotel 2+ stars we had no great expectations. We just wanted a place that was clean and safe. Develi delivered I'm glad to say. Our room was cleaned daily. The staff was okay. It was clear they we're more friendly to those customers who frequented their own restaurant and bar, but they we're never curt with us either.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Simple stuff, bread, yogurt, plain cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, coffee, tea and juice. Much better than no breakfast at all, however. Pool was small, but quiet. The street was a bit rowdy at night, so if you're a light sleeper, pack a pair of earplugs with you. The only major disappointment was the internet access. It was very slow and unreliable. On some days it didn't work at all. If this is a thing of importance for you, don't count on Develi Hotel.

All this being said, we were pretty happy with our hotel. Best thing about our room was the balcony. It was a nice place to grab a beer before bedtime in the evening. If you're a budget traveler with modest expectations, Develi is your place. Oh, and by the way, there was a safety box in our room for extra (15€) fee.
