What People are saying

Better off sleeping on the street

daleg838on 24/04/2017 16:26

I booked a two night stay, at a decent rate. However the nightmare came after my first night, I found out there was a blood stain on my mattress, that looked liked someone was just killed. I went down to the office the office to express my dissatisfaction, and the manager never apologies or even acknowledge, that this was a problem. All he did was gave me the keys to another room. The television reception was crappy, however to be fair, the pool and hot tub area were nice. Bottom line don't waste your money, for this being part of the Knight Inn's franchise they should be ashamed of the condition of their facility.

It is what it is

Checked in late after a 15 flight and long drive from PHX. Reservations ready but the first room somebody was already there ouch. Back to front desk for another room. I know this motel from 1982 when an ex girlfriend was a maid here. Next room omg the sheets were dirty with black fingerprints on the pillow cases, black hair lots of it in the bed and a shiny stuff splattered on the side of the bed yuck. Black hair all over the bathroom and trash all over the floor. only one night stand with the phone laying on the floor. Lampshades so dirty I wrote my name in it. Went to front desk to at least get more sheets. Lady says they're all in the dryer. At 10 pm? ok she will bring them. Waited finally fell asleep on dirty bed . Next morning asked for more sheets so yea the front desk brings me two sheets and hands them to...? Self service welcome to America. So sad this place used to be a lot more. Manager even told one of the guests actually chased them down and told them to not take so many honey buns from the free coffee. By the way clean sheets arrive in the morning in some one's car all wadded up then folded in parking lot and brought to your room. so sad.

Good Stay

This hotel was very cheap $39.00 per night. Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable beds. Nice pool area especially hot tub area to sit around and enjoy the sun. Would have liked a breakfast but for that price could not expect to have breakfast provided. Coffee was available in the morning at front desk.

Nothing Knightly Here

After having a bad stay at the Knight's Inn in Gila Bend, AZ (avoid this motel), I wasn't sure about staying in another motel of this chain but this place was the only place where I could use my Wyndham Rewards Points to get a room. With the rodeo in town, I wasn't sure I was going to find a room.

In my reservation, I specifically asked for a downstairs non-smoking room. The room that I first got was way in the back and a smoking one. There were two large cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Because of the oversized furniture, there wasn't much open space in the room. There would have been no way for me to bring my bicycle and gear into the room. The bedside lights were unplugged and one of them was ready to come off the wall.

I went back to the office to request a new room. The room that I got was a little bigger and it was closer to the office. Through the window, the room looked nice.
When I opened the door, I was a little upset to see a large cigarette burn hole in the corner of the bedspread. This motel needs to buy some new bedspreads. There were two nightstands but only one light. Large old-style television in a cabinet. Not many choices on the television. The only outlet near the bed was behind it and this could be a fire hazard.

The walls between the rooms aren't that thick. Right after getting myself settled in the bed, I started to get a head massage through the pillows. There was the distinct vibration of two people having sex in the room next to me.

Throughout the night, the wifi signal dropped and you had to sign in to the network again and again. Here's another example where a motel should just go with a password protected network instead of one that had unrestricted access with a login page.

Housekeeping and maintenance needs to do a better job keeping the outside areas of the motel clean. There were large overflowing trash bags around still at 3 pm and trash that needed to be picked up.

Being that this room was supposed to be for two people, there should have been more towels in the bathroom. There was only one washcloth.

Don't expect much for breakfast.

Ok for the price

Looked for an inexpensive room since we would be there for a few days. Room was small, not much walking room between the bed and the dresser. The curtains were stained. The fire alarm was not connected and lying on the tv cabinet. The tv channels didn't come in well. Each day we would have to have our keys reactivated. The bed was fabulous, husband and I, both have back and neck issues and didn't have a problem with the bed at all, in fact we both commented on it almost immediately. The other issue we had, was the owner of the place, vehicles alarm kept going off at night. 3 or 4 times. That sucked.
