Zaneta Jon 10/06/2017 19:22Front desk staff (Ash Patel) very helpful and accommodating when setting up my registration. The staff was available when needed and helpful as well. The room was clean and didn't smell like smoke although it is a smoking room. I was satisfied with my stay.
Not bad for the price
Trista Mon 02/06/2017 00:18I was looking for a cheap hotel near Decatur and this fit the bill. The bathroom was tiny and there were a few ants in the bed, but it was decent enough for a cheap overnight stay. There was an extremely LOUD family outside my room from midnight to about 2am. Not the hotel's fault or anything, just wanted to complain because good grief people, mind the time!
Most accommodating management of any hotel we've ever stayed in!
crystalcat2016on 21/05/2017 14:27Our room was clean and comfortable. But the outstanding feature of the hotel was Ash Patel's management. It was HOT and our air conditioner stopped within fifteen minutes. We notified the office, they checked it and immediately decided and proceeded to install a new unit. Job completed and cool air running in about twenty minutes of notification. We have never had!

Jeff Bon 28/04/2017 19:25This hotel has a great location & very nice staff. They were helpful when we arrived & let us know if we needed anything they would be available 24 hours!! Our room has close parking and also is accessible to the pool.
Excellent place to stay for the greatest value
Karen Ton 31/03/2017 15:20My husband and I visit my parents in Decatur twice a year. We have been staying at this Knights Inn for about eighteen years. The rooms are very clean and welcoming. Tom and Ash Patel, who manage this Knights Inn, are exceptionally courteous and helpful. They truly make us feel welcome when we come. Both of us look forward to staying here for many more years to come.
