Cheap motel
Roni644on 17/06/2017 17:04I made reservations for two nights and when I changed it to one evening they wanted to charge me more. The room was clean but the air conditioning didn't work. We didn't spend much on this room and we didn't receive much.
Try to look somewhere else...
Shane Son 09/05/2017 15:19This whole place just seems kind of ghetto. There's sketchy people living here, the rooms stink and seem dirty, furniture is old and worn, towels are stained, etc. Granted, you get what you pay for, but I've paid the same price for rooms at other hotels and had much better experiences. The power kept going off in my room because the people upstairs were doing something to trip the breaker. If possible, try to find another place, even if it means spending a little more. I legitimately had trouble sleeping because I was worried about my motorcycle being stolen or vandalized. It ultimately wasn't, but those are the kind of vibes I got from this place.
Single worst hotel experience in my entire life.
Marie Hon 06/05/2017 17:47This was the was the worst hotel/motel experience of my life. We were driving across the country and failed to book ahead so this was the only room left in the entire town. The floor looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. There were dry spills or perhaps dog urine on it, when i took a tissue to just wipe it it was completely black. The base boards are rotted, falling apart with gaps under them with bugs. Our dog ate something crunchy on the floor - we weren't sure if it was drugs, old food, or cockroach. There were holds on the bottom of the door. There was an unsecured "ironing board" if you can call it that since it was just the skeleton. The foam padding was hanging off the shelf above it covered in dust, cobwebs, and dead spiders. The board almost fell on my dog - glad i was nearby to catch it. There was no proper cover for the board or the actual iron either. Our receipt said flat screen tv which was nowhere to be found. THere was an old tube tv - not that we really cared about that. There were missing lightbulbs in the light fixtures. Pillow on my bed was stained. There was police activity at the hotel a few doors down. When I called the front desk to complain I was hung up on not once but twice. Turns out the front desk clerk was busy with the police and all the other stuff going on. In the end he refunded us money and helped us find a room an hour drive away in another town.
The only thing missing to make this experience "perfect" was a free crack pipe. I have no idea how this places manages to be in the Wyndham family. It is not up to their standards...or really any standards besides a crack den.
You get what you pay for
Chris Con 01/05/2017 14:04This was the only hotel on our trip that wasn't prebooked. We had decided to drive from Utah towards Denver and simply stop when we'd had enough travelling. Wyndham group are always slow to refurbish compared to other chains so I wasn't expecting much. The front desk woman was friendly and helpful. the rooms were old and in dire need of some improvements but it was clean enough and ok for a quick stopover.
Good value for the very low cost
John Lon 17/02/2017 04:15For $40, I think I got good value. The building is older, but clean. My bed was comfortable. Everything worked. No breakfast, and the only ice machine is behind the counter, but the web site made that clear. Service was friendly. I would stay again.
