It was supposed to be a simple one night stay. There was a concert that night, so we decided to check in prior to leaving to the concert. There were other guests waiting to check-in outside the lobby and thought nothing of it until my husband stormed out of the lobby with a disgruntled look on his face. As he walked out the other guests who stood outside asked "did he cancel your room too?". Apparently the middle eastern man who is in charge of the property told my husband only 2 people were allowed to stay in the room. It was only myself and my husband, so wheres the problem? We were catching a ride to the concert and ubering it back, but apparently if we had the Uber drop us off in the parking lot then we would have to pay for another room/night stay due to trespassing onto the property with the Uber. Next he proceeded to tell my husband, "I know your type of people! I know how you people are! I know your gangbangers! With the tattoos! I'm gonna cancel your reservation." At that point we didn't care about staying at this place. We looked up something else since it was only to stay locally and avoid drinking and driving, or an excessive uber bill. The our priority was to check in prior to leaving to the concert, and get our parking pass for our vehicle which would have stayed on the property. The room was already paid for. What if we had checked-in after the concert? would he have cancelled our room while we were intoxicated? or would he have called the cops on us for being on his property...intoxicated trying to check-in? He cast judgement on my husband and I because we have tattoos and because of our nationality. The other guests who had their reservations cancelled were also of other mixed nationalities other than Caucasian. Everyone else in that lobby allowed to check in was Caucasian only, and were walk ins. We're frequent travelers and rarely write reviews. If we do its usually to commend excellent customer service or someone really made a difference in our hotel stay. So....don't stay here! Avoid any future problems even if its the cheapest or closest to the San Manuel Casino.

Spent the night here for only one night. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Room was decent for the price. I had a great sleep, took a shower and was out the next day. If you're only going to go to sleep anyway, this place isn't bad at all. The pool was exceptionally clean too.

OK in a pinch. The casino failed to reserve a room for me at a better hotel... So I grabbed a room here. It sufficed for the night. I got a ride to and from casino from the casino van. No coffee or anything extra or special.

When is the toilet overflowed after 10 minutes They refused to give me details and maybe use the one that I had in the room. I was so upset and I want it all my money back they wouldn't give it back either. They were rude and would not give me my wyndham points.

If your fearful of dirt and grime I advise you to stay away. I don't usually leave comments but felt compelled by my families reaction to this place. I didn't think it was that bad at night but in the morning in the light of day i could see how dirty it was. The sitting chair had varous dried wet spots and lots of dirt. The small old fashioned TV turned itself up and down on the volume by itself. The furniture was worn. I dont mind worn or dated as long as things are clean, unfortantely this room was not clean. There where dried luggies on a wall near the bed. The supposed to be white door on the entrance of the room was brown with dirt on the inside and the carpet was filthy. Im not going to go into detail about the bathroom but it was very dirty, too dirty. Think public bathroom at a gas station dirty. The place is in a pretty ghetto town.Then i tried to use the pool and it was closed there was a sign listed that someone had diarrhea in the pool so it was closed for 14 days. Ah man that just grossed me out. Plus's to this place, 24 hour shuttle to the casino, this was the reason we stayed here. Shuttle worked fine, service was actually good, and we used and liked the microwave and fridge. I personally think these maids need to be fired on the spot. This place could be descent with better cleaners, but i feel like the whole room we stayed in needed to be sanitize. I am soooo glad i didn't see the other travelers pictures of the roaches, otherwise i would have not booked here. Luckily we did not see any.
