Great hotel for the price

Came here 2 weeks ago on business and found this on Expedia. The price was right and I figured I would just be here to sleep so I would deal with any issues. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very nice, room is very clean, housekeeping checks on me every day, price is great. I thought I would only be here a few days but now I finding myself having to be here longer on business. I will stay here because of the pleasant staff and housekeeping is great. I had no problems at all except for all of the people hanging out in parking lot and a couple times men came up to me in parking lot and asked for money or a ride. They must live there? And it is an extended stay location close to interstate and has a breakfast place next door. I would refer this hotel if you want a clean room to sleep and a good price. Wish they had continental breakfast but they do have coffee in lobby.

It's fine if you just need a place to sleep

At least the bed is somewhat comfortable. The floor creeks as you walk, the toilet constantly is draining, the tub drips. Our door frame is bulging so you can see light coming in around it. I went to go take a shower and forgot my shampoo and was almost locked in the bathroom because the door sticks once you shove it into the frame. The tv signal is weak and all channels were blurry/fuzzy. Fortunately, we aren't doing anything in this room but sleeping. However, the sheets don't quite fit the mattress and began slipping off at night.
This didn't affect our stay as we didn't have a dog with, but all of their signs contradict their animal policy... I think. I couldn't really figure out their policy.... One sign says "no more than 15lbs" and another says "no more than 20lbs", while our room sign says "no pets allowed ever" even though they asked if we had pets with and their front desk sign says "dogs welcome in all rooms."

Only wanted to rest our heads for a few hours

We arrived around 5am, checked into the unit 103 and I discovered a bug. Now I know I didn't pay that much for this room so I tried to ignore it but when my friend walked into the restroom, it was literally crawling with bugs and roaches. I decided to go back to talk to the front desk and told him I immediately wanted to leave and to get a refund. The guy tells me that he couldn't give refunds and I needed to speak to his manager..unfortunately the manager, Won Cho couldn't be reached at the time. I wrote my number down so I could be reached by said manager, but not surprisingly I have yet to receive a phonecall. The guy at the desk ended up showing me another unit 204 which didn't have bugs but there were cigarette burns on some of the lamps, walls and sheets. After driving 6 hours, my friends and I really just wanted to sleep so we stayed. I really had a good night rest but I'm still a little disappointed by the bugs that I had to deal with and the lack management taking ownership. I guess next time I'll spend more money elsewhere to have a bug free experience.

Last year stayed at Comfort inn at 7495 Canada Ave, Orlando and had a very good experience. So this year we choose to stay at the Comfort Inn Maingate, Kissimmee Fl.
The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was a different story. Bed sheets we very clean, but that was the best part of the room. The bathroom was very disgusting. Towels were clean. The floor n.ext to the vanity was dirty and looked like it had not been washed in over a year. (Meant to take a picture but forgot) .All the corners had dirt in them. The Faucet leaked and dripped all night, Asked for more soap and never got it.
When we were making the booking we were misinformed about shuttles to the parks and that was another disappointment.
This left a bad taste in our mouth and I am not sure I will ever stay in another Comfort Inn.

Quiet, cheap room if you need on

Rooms are fairly clean and the atmosphere is quiet. If you are looking for a quick place to lay your head and don't mind "appearance" than this is the place for you.
My main disappointment is the lack of Flat screen TV, as I like to connect laptop to it.
