What People are saying

Great Place to Stay - Clean/Nice/Roomy/Fairly Priced

Pleased_Customer123on 11/08/2017 16:41

This was one of the facilities we stayed at that left you with the feeling "why can't we find/stay at a place like this for our entire trip/vacation?".

The room was very clean, roomy (i.e. had kitchenette/dining area/TV-relax area with couch and large bedroom/bath all separated) and was fairly priced. The front desk staff was very professional, caring and sincere in their approach at all times...i.e. they were patience with all my questions/concerns at check-in and I never felt rushed to complete the process.

The motel is located near a busy part of town and there was road construction going on when we were there (mid June 2017) but don't let that throw you off or hinder you from staying there. The motel seems to cater primarily to people that are possibly working in the area for extended amounts of time but that doesn't take away from guest like me and my wife that were passing through on vacation...we still got "top-notch" service.

I would recommend this motel to my friends and relatives without hesitation and would try to stay at it again if/when I'm in that area on business/vacation.

They were life-savers when we were in a real bind!

The woman who was working the night shift on August 5th has a heart of gold. I had made reservations online while traveling with a friend (driving), and my husband, just out of the hospital, with his head in a halo, and his arm and leg in splints. Something went wrong with our Booking.com reservation, and they changed the date without a notification to us to the next available dates, instead of some kind of notice that the date we wanted was not available. The desk clerk spent some time (since she had no vacancies) calling around to find somewhere else for us, and gave me a list of numbers to call. When neither of us had any luck, and one place said I'd probably have to drive to Fillmore, 1 1/2 hours away, to find available lodging, she said she had just one room, that was really for the manager's friends, or for emergencies. We were truly an emergency, as my husband was in such pain from our long drive, that he couldn't take any more. The three of us made do with the bed and the couch, and were so very, very grateful! The place itself looked charming. No elevator, but luckily, the hospital taught him how to do stairs, right before he was discharged. The internet had said it had breakfast included, which is no longer true. And it may have said there was a pool, too, which I guess there wasn't, but none of that mattered to us. I can never than them enough for taking pity on us when we needed help so desperately. I wish I'd gotten her name, because she was kindness personified.

Its not hard to try and at least pretend for business reasons that you enjoy your job & treat your customers with good

I wanted to get onto my laptop and use the internet & I didn't see any where on the slip where it had the password or even anything about having WiFi so I called the hotels front desk and if your from around this area you know that this hotel has been called the knights inn for quite sum time right? Well she answers the telephone and snobby voice to start, I myself say is this the Knights Inn? Because it threw me off when she answered the line like that. So anyways I couldn't really hear her response so I asked to her to repeat herself & she says O my god with a long sigh this is the suites inn! Okay you you unprofessional unhappy rude person your business response should've been something like this. This is no longer the Knights Inn anymore we recently changed the name our new name to the hotel is the suites inn but how can I help you??? And also not seigh & act like repeating a sentence is such a hard thing to do when it is your job!!!! And also throughing the man aboves name in vain is really apporieate... NOT lady like really you should go look in the mirror & maybe try and see how your bad energy & negative actions have turned you seeinto such an ugly person. Try to say some things your grateful for maybe like having a job unlike a lot of people, and stop acting like your a victim for having to simple common curtiousy to a customer. Try to let go and live a little. Other than that I really like this place but that lady really got me into a bad mood for treating me like that.

Roomy, polite, better than expected

If you can ignore first impressions, this is a great place to stay for budget travelers, especially those with large families. When we first checked in, a homeless guy next door told us there were drugs in the hotel. After three nights, however, we determined that he was just upset they wouldn't give him a free room.

This motel is a former Knight's Inn that has recently been changed to Little Suites. Our room was incredibly spacious with two queen beds, a sofa and kitchenette. It was large enough to have a tiled kitchen portion and carpeted sleeping area. The room was clean and the staff were very polite. Many of the staff spoke Spanish.

This is an older location and is undergoing some renovations that make it look more shabby on the outside than it is on the inside. It has convenient on/off access to the interstate.

The place to stay during BYU Parents Week

Our room was very large, a kitchen and sitting area plus two queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a full-sized stove. There are two tables, Lovely wood floors in the sitting area and carpet in the bed area. The sofa is comfortable and large enough for a man to sleep on. Conveniently located near the freeway, but without the freeway noise. Nice breakfast buffet. The owner and staff are very helpful, looked up snow levels along our departure route for us.
