We had good time in this central located hotel in Rome, it is face to face to the Palatine, it means we were where the Roman history began , it is somethink that only this hotel can offer. In rome there is not an other hotel with direct view in to the Palatine. An other pleaqsant suprise was the internal fantastic garden, with olive trees, lemon, orange trees, we could,t immagine that in the historical centre there could be such an oasis of peace. The staff was friendly and professional. All was to our satisfaction and will come back in this hotel for sure.

I travelled to Rome with two girlfriends for some culture on the ancients, and we stayed in this lovely hotel that used to be a monastery. How perfect is that. Our twin room had double beds either side of a screen - one was a sofa - bed that pulled out. This gave us the advantage of feeling that we each had our own room. The view out of the window was that of then Palatine. The bed was comfortable (i slept on the sofa pullout) and the mattress was hard but perfect. It was quiet outside and I had good sleep on all the nights that I was there. Pillows could have been a bit more light and feathery but it was not a problem. The bathroom was clean and new and a lovely shower and jacuzzi bath, plus bidet. Breakfast was delicious and a really great choice. Lovely outside garden/terrace to sit in. We were walking distance from the Colosseum and Palatine and just beneath the Capitoline Museum, so in a very accessible position. Staff were friendly and helpful. Computers and iPad's available in reception for access to the internet - otherwise internet available in the rooms and public areas. We were very pleased with our choice.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions if you are reasonably fit but not far to the many tourist hop on hop off buses.

Great hotel,nice spacious room,lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and a great location, everything you could want to see except the Vatican was within walking distance, Coliseum, trivy fountain,pantheon,and especially the Forum, you are on its doorstep literally , the Vatican is only a short bus ride away 1.5 euros each way but I would think about a 45 min walk, Spanish Steps about 30 min walk, but you can visit the Trivy fountain every day as you nearly pass it on the main drag,5 mins into the restaurants and alleyways, I love this City, the people, the food and this great Hotel....

I was recommend by a friend and instantly was glad I took his advice! I was upgraded on arrival and had the junior suite. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Shame my trip was for one night only and for work!
