Wonderful experience so much i am returning with my friends. Can't really say i had anything to complain about except for the airline Thomas Cook who decided to refuel on our Journey outbound. Stopping off for a hour in Gran Canaria, they didn't tell us they would be doing this but used the excuse that wind was against and so they had to use more fuel. If they used a larger plane, they wouldn't have this problem.

Passengers would be smiling after a 6 hour journey instead of a severn.

I had a childhood memory for this hotel. I , my sister and nephews used to come to this hotel every weekend on a chill out. I love this hotel. Food is nice and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this hotel to responsible travelers because this hotel always win the best practices in Gambia about sustainability.

Stayed here in November 2016.
Not too far from the airport about 40 minutes.
Lovely hotel in an ideal beach front setting.
Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
Room was modern and clean.
Food was really good. Enjoyed having a different theme every night. Saturday BBQ good too.
Lovely pool area, plenty of sun loungers with pads (very comfy) or the beach is nice if you prefer.
Lunch from the snack bar was good, lots of choice and really enjoyed having afternoon tea and cake.
Entertainment was spot on. Always something different to watch.
Happy hour 2 for 1 drinks were a bonus !!!
Would definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed here for a few nights in December. It was a nice hotel in an unbelievably beautiful spot, the beach was stunning. Good atmosphere around the pool and the staff are always around to help. Pool bar was good and again staff were great. Breakfast and dinner was good here. Rooms were alright, we were in a lead-in room and would probably upgrade to higher spec room if i was to come back to the smiling coast!

Go with an open mind, this place is worth every penny as it was our 1st time to the Gambia and cert not our last. anybody who travels to the gambia and writes a bad review should not be aloud back to visit this beautiful country, thanks to a wonderful country, we will be coming back very soon!!!!!
