Decent Budget Hotel with good room

I had reached Mysore with my friends at 5 in the morning without any prior bookings. The staff at the hotel was considerate enough to unlock the door to the reception and adjust an early check in for the all of us at reasonable price. The hotel is at a very peaceful and an accessible location with several eateries nearby. The rooms are very spacious, neat, clean and beautifully done.
If one is looking for a decent accommodation on a budget, this hotel should be considered.

Comfortable and clean within budget

Booked at the last minute for a personal visit to mysore. Found this hotel through Internet and it turned out to be a comfortable and clean hotel. The staff was helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Manjunath.
Their breakfast is adequate as well.

Sophisticated in budget

Our stay at Komfort Suites was very satisfactory. I loved the room interiors, everything was spot on in room, bed, sofa, bathroom was very luxurious. Bathrooms are really very special in this hotel. All facilities made me mourn about some bad services.

- Although i booked the hotels through MakemyTrip months back, still they are not aware of it, multiple call with manager, MMT staff solved the issue at 11PM of night.
- Restaurant foods are delicious, both breakfast and dinner, but staff are not supportive in restaurant, it was seeming they were forced to stand there only.
- Although i booked with triple occupancy 2 adult + 1 kid par room, but bed are not enough in size to feel comfortable.
- Water bottle is a big issue at hotel, they are giving one bottle for a room with 3 occupancy and extra bottle order will take 15 mins to reach.

Service need to be better, but facilities are superb in this hotel.

BAD SERVICE

Booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 days April 22,23 2017.

Hotel is at decent location away from city center crowd.
Rooms were clean and neat , you have lift but service was not that great.

Asked for 1 glass of hot water on day1(for taking medicine) and got it after 25 mins with multiple reminders
Asked for 1 glass of hot water on day2(for taking medicine) and got it after 20 mins with multiple reminders
I had asked for room clean but it was not done when I had returned.
Restaurant staffs are very rude. Not co-operative staffs
There was no manager or hotel owner whom I can complain
There was one male receptionist who told that manager will come now ,after some time etc etc etc
and he never came.
Management needs to take care of these kinds of issues genuinely
Overall not satisfied with service.

New best-of-the-class rooms added since our last visit

Our (me and my wife) second visit to Mysore since 2014 drew us back to the same hotel we stayed the last time (read my reviews from July 2014). It was a long weekend on our anniversary and what better than a trip to Coorg-Mysore for a Bangalorean. Our stay in Mysore and this hotel in specific was for a night, on 4th Feb 2017.

Way back in 2014, we stayed in a Suite but this time around thought of staying in a regular room, the receptionist showed us the classy new rooms added to the Hotel in the second floor just a month prior and what else can draw one to brand new rooms.

We stayed at Room.203 facing Vikram Hospital.

* Room 203 has an attached balcony
* Large and very roomy, perfect ambience of Wooden Brown and White
* Split AC
* 24 Hours Hot water
* Very clean
* Room service was quick
* Bathroom accessories (soaps, shampoos, clean towels)
* Soft Bed and a warm quilt ensures a good sleep with the AC ON
* TV with all required channels subscribed
* Bottled water
* Newspaper slipped under the door in the mornings
* Tour Guide at reception
* Courteous receptionists and staff
* Complementary buffet breakfast at the attached restaurant in ground floor (the same quality and menu has been maintained since our earlier visit)

We opted room service for dinner; the service was quick and the food was delicious. Must try - Spicy Kheema Balls

Me and my wife cannot think of staying in any other hotel when in Mysore as our last 2 stays here has been excellent.
