Great stay at Kongress Hotel
somerhon 04/07/2017 22:19We arrived on a motorcycle in a rain storm. Lots of properties were closed because of the season. We inquired here and asked for a room with a view.
What a view! Great view from deck of mountains. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Excellent place to stay.
Confortable stay with nice view to the mountains
TBO2000on 24/05/2017 11:17Last September we spent three nights in Davos, we got a double room with a nice view for a very reasonable rate.
We were welcomed at the front desk by charming young ladies.
The staff was always very helpful and we enjoyed our stay at the Kongress Hotel.
The breakfast was excellent, large choice of food available.
We definitely would return there if visiting Davos again.
Off season the hotel restaurant is closed, one must go out, close to the Kongresshaus the hotel owns another restaurant which was excellent.

Theetiquettorialiston 28/03/2017 20:42Aside for the not so pro and not so friendly welcoming you will receive at the front desk, the stay was basic.
They really seemed bothered by the arrival. And not really helpful.
Again, training is a must when you hire millennials (2nd phase) to work with "real" people and not just phone screens.
Room was clean but for the life of me I still don't understand the old/acrylic/not-so fresh looking bed cover you fond a lot in the EU (or in middle America).
You'd think cotton wouldn't be such a cost in 2017...
Anyway, was not blown away. And quite a stroll to get to the "center". Not so exciting center.
I mean, if you ask me I would just say: don't go to Davos. Boring.

gorkazmon 27/01/2017 19:50For sure one of the best choices to stay in Davos.Located in Promenade 15 min walk to Train Station and in front of Davos Bus stop.The breakfast is superb and all rooms perfectly clean and confortable.Sauna is great and staff is pretty nice and helpful.Good rates during the skiing season!

There is a restaurant inside the hotel that is also very good. I like the curry they make at the restaurant
