Kothi Anandam and Hotel Buddha are same group hotel, next to each other.
They have only 4 rooms. Rooms are average with average price. Was not a full hotel with limited rooms. I was not happy with the cleanliness of hotel.
For me Ginger, next to these is better option at good price.

Booked with Kothi Anandam and learnt it has been leased to the new Buddha Stay next door. The two facilities are run by the same team. We asked for larger room on arrival and the manager couldn't be more helpful. Arranged a larger room immediately. The place is spotlessly clean. The best we have enjoyed after 4 weeks in India. Unfortunately the roof top restaurant is under development but will be fine when finished I'm sure. We had a mix up when recharging our SIM card. The manager spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to help us even though he was receiving guests for a local wedding and was under pressure. There is a Cafe Coffee Day around the corner for great coffee. Many thanks Ajit!

We stayed there 2 nights, and it was an absolute pleasure. The house is beautiful and the room and bathroom were super high end luxurious. The room is super nice with the best bed we had in India, white super clean sheets and chic decoration. The staff were super professional and friendly.

I am glad we booked it as I got sick, and I couldn't be in a better place to stay in and recover. The breakfast was really good and with 3 options. The day I stayed in sick I asked if I could order the breakfast again for lunch, and not only didn't they have any issue but they also provided me with double portions and actually didn't even charge me for it. Gestures like this made me feel so welcome and looked after.

Definitely the best place we stayed in so far in India and super good value for the price. Not central but as we had a driver it really didn't matter to us, as well the neighbourhood was very posh we were told.

I will definitely recommend it 100%. Just to say something negative I could say the coffee could be a bit better;)

Exelent from all points of view . The sunny terrace Garden and the comfortable lounge with informative books is awsome . Airport transfer.. Nice personal . Here you got everything you need ! Excelent from my point of view ! i will gladly return

a place of history and knowledge with great architecture. Exotic places to eat with great food. Good entertainment and beautiful women that are enchanting with their traditions and friendly demeanor. I had a great experience and would Love to return with a partner.
