Awful customer service
Chris Hon 28/08/2017 12:21Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon and it was the 4th hotel we stayed in during our trip and by far the worst.
When checking in they refused to let us check in as we didn't have the card with us that we had used to pay for the booking. Even though this money had been taken from my account 7 months ago. We then had to pay again and they said that we won't be refunded the original payment for 1 month. Ridiculous seeing as they have had my money for over 6 months.
Zero customer service throughout the whole stay. This ranged from the minute we checked in to when we left. Rude in the restaurant, reception and concierge. Wouldn't book a taxi for a friend who visited us at the hotel and made him go into the street on his own find his own taxi. Also charged us for breakfast, when on their website they were including it for other booking as an offer.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Kowloon I am sure that there are better places to stay who treat their customers with some respect.
We will not be returning.

This hotel is very accessible to the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui, entrance is located down the escalators of the Hotel. Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island is 10 minute walk. We had a Harbour view room on the 16th floor, two buildings are in front of the Hotel but you can see the Harbour partially between them. The Room is kinda small but ok. The tv is the size of a computer desktop 20inch. Bring 3 prong converter to US plug. FYI, watch out during check in, I prepaid my room online, they will ask for a credit card for incidentals, I told them I will not be taking any food or drinks in mini fridge but the next day they ended up putting on hold $800, called my bank to reverse charges and also told front desk to reverse charges. Easy commute to and from the Airport. Get all your activities through Klook.com will save you a lot of money, instant eticket. Went to Disneyland smaller then the Anaheim, CA. for $65 USD good for 2 days, why not! Victoria Peak, Airport, Big Buddha. Go to Ladies Market discounted shopping for all kinds of stuff and restaurants up and down. 3 stops on the MTR to Mong Kok exit letter A. My first impression this is Hong Kong the way I pictured it.

Jackie Won 13/08/2017 18:46Can not fault this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were there for my birthday and every staff Member wished me a happy birthday . They even bought a cake to our room. Great location close to everything. The rooms and breakfast we're fantastic
Good accommodation
Zarah Aon 02/08/2017 08:45My big bosses often choose Kowloon Hotel for their meetings. I go to this hotel most of the time. The staff in Harbour Club Lounge are very accommodating.
The hotel location is very convenient to everything. The only discomfort I experienced was in the lobby. It's crowded with people standing with their luggages.

AnnieTanon 30/07/2017 13:06location is really good, airport shuttle stops just right in front. walking distance to shopping centers and star ferry. Direct access to underground, no worries during rain.
- no swimming pool
- recep is too small, had to queue for long time to check in, even more ridiculous is that I had to wait for 30mins just to check out. what happen if guests are rushing for time.
- pillow is bad, too soft
- it will be good if there is a plug at the side table next to the bed.
